Definitely not a 5 star property! Broken marble in the bathroom, cobwebs in the shower. A hole in the nightstand. The only positive thing about it was the amazing staff.

A lovely property with great attention to detail. Bed was extremely comfortable and the staff worked overtime to be helpful. Bartenders happy to give you a Whiskey tour of Ireland!

This sums up our stay. When we pulled up to the hotel the GM met us as we opened our car doors. He asked how our drive was and said, "Leave everything I will get it". He took all our luggage himself to our room and parked our car. The GM is TJ, he and his staff were fantastic. The only reason I rated the hotel facilities and condition a 4 is because they were in the middle of renovations. Excellent hotel, excellent staff.

It was above and beyond what I expected. Was treated like royalty. The rooms are amazing- loved the use of the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Very luxurious hotel.

Beautiful old building with comfy beds and delicious food at the restaurants on site. The pool facilities are beutiful and relaxing. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful. Very accoummodating staff.

We LOVED this hotel and highly recommend it. The staff was incredible. Our room was so beautiful and spacious - we didn't want to leave.

Hotel and Restaurant are first class. Quiet location but still in walking distance (20-30 min.) to city center. Spacious rooms with all amenities you can ask for.

Beautiful manor home, very clean, lovely property. Pool facilities had no one on duty at 7pm, no towels available and the area had leftover towels all over from the days guest. Dinner...you can forget about it if there is a wedding party. It seems these parties take precedence over the other guest. Also, they refuse to serve food in the "empty" bar or the library... There is much confusion around this item. So guests are pushed onto the street for dinner.... Which is another issue, since restaurants close food down at 9:30pm

Excellent hotel. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again. Every aspect of the building and service was first class. Extremely helpful and courteous staff. My wife and I have traveled extensively and this is one of our favorites. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.
