Beautiful hotel - our favorite stay in Ireland! The room was great, we loved the spa and breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very conscious of food allergies, which was appreciated. The only downside is that the doorman/ bellhops were a bit aggressive upon arrival. We prefer to take our own luggage to the room and had to be a bit stern. But otherwise, our stay was perfect. Highly recommend!

This place is unbelievable. Clean and classy. It’s Close to town. The entire staff were amazing from the door man to the wait staff. The ambience and overall environment reminds you that you are in a 5 star hotel. This is one of my favorite place. Highly recommend worth the money! I can’t say enough good things.

Staff was extremely friendly and service was good unfortunately, our room was nothing like the pictures on Expedia. Extremely outdated. The fabric headboard had a huge stain on it. Toilet didn’t work and bathroom sideboard was moldy. Not worth the rate we were charged.

The hotel is amazing except for the more expensive rooms. I was surprised to pay 5 star for a room that was below par. I did talk to a manager but she didn’t seem to phased. Probably thought visiting American I’ll never see her again. I’m saddened to say i won’t return. I’ve always screamed the praises of this hotel in the past. :-(

The property is dated and in desperate need of a refresh. Was rather disappointed to see the condition of the property and was expecting better conditions given the five stars in our room and the property in general. However, the staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was excellent.
