Looks to me the hotel is severely understaffed and staff needs more training. They could not even help us take our luggage to the room saying they cannot help. We travelled with 2 small children, so we wanted to stay in 1 room but the staff forced us into taking 2 rooms. We ended up spending all the time in one room and the other room was wasted. Hotel rooms were very good and modern with good amenities. Location is great - 5 minutes walk from Cordoba station If the staff were properly trained to satisfy customer needs it would have been a 5 star, but they need some work on staff training

At the reception desk we felt welcomed and as if our visit was truly appreciated. The staff was most helpful and were willing to answer any questions we had. The hotel itself is just beautiful! It is well appointed in every area from the entrance to the breakfast room and the individual rooms themselves. The room we stayed in was spacious and had lots of room to move around in, in addition to generous storage space. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location was within easy walking distance to the local sights. We would gladly return to this hotel and would recommend it for your next stay in Cordoba.

The staff was great, very polite and ready to assist. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant where the food and service was excellent. The hotel breakfast self service buffet was very good. Just a minor request: please provide hair conditioner. We highly recommend this hotel.

A great experience. A few details would make it exceptional like the parking underground could be easier to access (open and close) - more knowledgeable staff about the city offerings and the ways to get around. The restaurant IS NOT to the level of the hotel. Overall it was a great stay
