We arrived late at night to find our room door wide open and the room in a concerning state, with pillows out of place and a musty odor. When we addressed this with the front desk, we were told there were no other rooms available, so we reluctantly stayed the night. The following morning, we discovered that the hot water in the bathtub was not working. When a housekeeping staff member arrived, she was not only rude but also unable to resolve the issue. She ran the sink water, which then wouldn’t turn off, and promised maintenance that never arrived, leaving us to deal with the problem ourselves. Over the next few days, despite leaving our contact information, the manager never reached out to address our concerns. As a result, we spent our entire four-night stay dealing with inadequate facilities and poor service.

It was horrible, from the customer service to the room with mold. I had booked two nights of staying and I only stayed one. I just chose to have my health. I don’t recommend that hotel to anyone. I have staying in hotels for about 27 yrs. And it is flat out the worst one

First room on first floor had musky smell. Fridge and microwave old and rusty, did not feel sanitary to put food. I returned to room 4:30pm and it was not cleaned. Toilet tank was leaking and flooded the bathroom and into the passageway. Door key continually not working and had to request a new one twice, entry door and lock looked like it can be opened easily. There was a connected room door which was locked but the door was wobbly and did not feel secure/safe so I did not sleep well; I had to pull the table across the door to try and secure it. The room was changed to second floor room due to the toilet leak which was a better room but had some issues like the spread on one bed looked like it was not clean; there were some spots they looked like stains or someone lay a dirty bag or item on the spread. AC was not that cold even @ 60 degrees F but I had to deal with it for the last night. I am dissatisfied. Staff very pleasant and friendly, especially the front desk team.

The hotel smelled like stale smoke and urine from dogs and the room was I pretty bad shape with the refrig needed to be cleaned and it needed to be defrosted . It also made strange noises. My room only got cleaned 1 time and I was there for 5 days . The hotel is in desperate need of repairs . My toilet also didn't work !!!

An older La Quinta location that still holds up the architecture of a bygone era when the Coral Springs region was a filler for the gambling scene in Florida. Rooms are rather reflective in that: very rough bathroom setup and amenities, rigid bed space, and augmented rooms to try and modernize a bit. Those attempts to modernize are okay, at best, and I would stay again if I knew the beds and bathroom was in better condition. Breakfast is nothing to rave about but food is food.

The rooms felt very run down. Stains on the bed sheets. Headboard looked like somebody cut it. Bathroom tub drain was broken so I had to put a washcloth in it to keep it open. Stayed 2 nights and never had hot water until an hour before checkout. Will never stay here again

This property has deteriorated greatly over the years. If I’m not mistaken, it has been passed “from hand to hand” in recent years. Unfortunately, none of the recent owners have been able to restore it to its former condition. When my family moved to Coral Springs in 1993, this was the hotel where we stayed for a month. It was clean, well maintained—overall, a hotel that matched its category. This year I stayed again for a couple of days in December, and it broke my heart to see the state it’s in: rooms that smell of humidity, A/C units that don’t work, carpets with bad odors, mold stains on the ceilings, towel racks that aren’t securely attached to the wall, poorly painted and stained room doors, and so on. I hope Wyndham takes this property seriously and restores it to its original condition.
