I was requesting my money back since the time I arrive to the hotel. I was surprise that your company recommended it. I have travel around the word and it has been the worse hotel and the worse reservation.

I was spending one night in Copenhagen and wanted a fairly inexpensive place to stay for the limited amount of time. This hotel was close to the train station that goes to/from the airport so it was very convenient for getting back and forth. The hotel staff was super friendly in getting us a room ready despite being hours early for check-in!! We had a renovated room on the top floor which was a great view and had a shared balcony. The room was small (exactly as I was expecting), but was nice for a short stay. The beds and linens were very comfortable! Only downside was the room didn't have air and got a little warm, but hey, that's common in Europe.

Charges incurred were not explained properly Tea was paid for, Tea!!! In all rooms and hotels Breakfast was substandard

We chose this hotel because it is close to Metro station and all major attractions are within walking distance. The room is rather old and small but clean. The internet in the room doesn't work well. The breakfast was good with a lot of selection.

Room was very clean and comfortable and hotel was very close to local attractions. Wifi was not very good and there was no iron or mini fridge in the room. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Experience good overall breakfast and location great staff also helpful and great

This hotel is clean, quiet, and within walking distance to the train station, local public transportation, and airport train. The staff was efficient and friendly. Their breakfast buffet was awesome - in a country where breakfast buffets rarely disappoint. The only thing not up to par was the WiFi, which was very slow and kept disconnecting. I will stay here again.

The Hotel Richmond was a brisk ten minute walk from the Central train station in Copenhagen. The room was clean and comfortable, although a little small. The only real issue I had was the small size of the shower and the split level floor, which seperated the toilet and the shower area. The Staff were all helpful and friendly and the hotel offered a nice buffet style breakfast every morning. Overall a very good hotel for the budget minded traveler. The Tivoli area was a short walk from the hotel and Copenhagen's many other attractions were easily accessible with public transportation, including the Vesterport S train station, which was just across the Street.

Even though Copenhagen is one of the most expensive cities, there must be better hotel with this price range. Hotel is OK to stay but in terms of value for money, I can't help rating this hotel less than average.

Fantastic hotel for the price in Copenhagen. Breakfast buffet was included and service was very friendly. Only downside is that we had trouble getting good WIFI in the room and had to go to the lobby.

We stayed 2 nights and our stay exceeded our expectations. The hotel was very clean and quiet. Close to the train station and 12 min from the airport. We rented bikes from the hotel. The staff were very helpful in giving directions with maps and such. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I will go again when I return.

When I checked into my room it was freezing. The heat was not working. They offered another room but it was worse than the first. The second night, the staff left the terrace door open and it was even colder. It was also a security breech. My husband had trouble phoning my room (from the States) as the phone would ring with no one picking up and he was often disconnected. I learned that you must put a sign on the outside of the door indicaitng that you want the room made up (towels, etc...). The staff was friendly and nice but the hotel itself needs improvement. The room I stayed in was a good size with a normal size bathroom. The breakfast was good.

The room we were in needs a sprucing up, like new beds and carpeting. The bathroom was the real problem. There was mold on the ceiling and the grout had a lot of mold too. The room size was good with plenty of storage. The breakfast was very nice and there was a computer in the lobby. They also provided free Wifi.

The location is extremely attractive, a short walk from the Central Railway Station, Tivoli and many of the usua attractions. The Breakfast Bar is very good and has many selections to choose from.l Onlu issue I have is that tis Hotel does not seem to have a method to make vacant roos available to travellers arriving early from overseas flights, everebody seem to have to wait to check in until 3 PM. Fortunately the hotel have a small room for baggage storage, it gets used a lot.

very good location, nice stuff and very good breakfast buffet .

This is a good location for sightseeing and eating out. Close to the train station and small grocery 1 block away, great park 1/2 block. The staff were great, friendly and giving local information. The room is basic, nothing extra but had tv and shower, no Kleenex, no real glasses, coffee maker, micro, or fridge. Basic and no complaints. I would stay there again.

This property has a very good location and very friendly staff. Breakfast was good (loved the croissants!)

I've stayed at Hotel Richmond half a dozen times now and am impressed at the value for money at such a central location. Rooms are adequate and quiet, they have wi-fi that works, there's coffee and tea at the reception, an ironer on request, and a good breakfast in the morning. The only thing that I miss there is a gym - they should strike a deal with the facilities next door - but otherwise both thumbs up!

Rooms could be more lively with better lighting. There are other 3 star hotels closer to the Central station. Nothing compelling to select this hotel, next time.

Only 4 blocks from the central rail station, so it's location was reasonably convenient to most things. Of course, with that came the noise of the screeching trains, although that didn't seem to be much of a problem for sleeping. The room was adequate though not impressive. The walls are very thin, and could hear loud music playing from both of my neighbors. Not to mention a constant banging that I finally figured out was the flagpole right outside my room! The room is very stuffy with no ventilation unless you open the door to the balcony walkway; you can't open a window. And other people on the floor can walk in front of your room on the balcony, so I listened to someone yelling in Arabic into his cell phone. The bed was perfectly adequate for one person, although only suitable for two people who truly love each other. The bathroom design was horrible. The sink is effectively in the shower stall, but the shower curtain pulls right in front of the sink. But the shower controls are in the rear of the shower stall, right next to the sink (and right outside the shower curtain). So it's hard to change the temperature, etc, AND you'll get your feet wet if you use the sink after you've taken a shower. Additionally, I was provided with only one towel, and it was a hand towel. The reception people said they wouldn't help with making restaurant reservations, mentioning that they'd had problems in the past of people not showing up at their reserved time (I've never encountered that before from a hotel). Additionally, the WiFi, although free, was intermittent. On the plus side, the breakfast buffet was very good, and included in the hotel stay. Overall, it did the job, but with more rough edges than I'm accustomed to seeing in a downtown hotel.
