Quality Hotel Airport Dan

3.0 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Quiet neighborhood, with good value cafes and food.

We only had a short overnight stay before flying out the next morning.

Hotel staff friendly any helpful. Guest room need upgrade from everything inclining replacement of the threadbare carpets, firmer marptresses, cleaner rooms, comfortable furniture,.

The hotel is average and pretty expensive. But since i have to catch a connecting flight the next morning, location matters to me. It's 5 mins taxi ride or 20 mins walk. the hotel provides shuttle service but couldn't figure out pick up location when i arrived plus it's running every 30 mins only (i arrived 11pm). Overall the hotel is an OKAY to spend the night and take off next morning. Staff is okay, but don't expect super helpful nor warm welcome as well. If you just need a place very close to the airport to spend the night, this would be the place. But nothing more.

I did not have a good experience during the three nights I stayed at this hotel. It was my 6th hotel in two weeks, which is a common travel schedule for me. The room was "tired". The carpet worn and full of stains. The bathroom barely clean enough and needed significant repairs, including a leaking toilet. I handed in my laundry on the first day and was supposed to get it back that evening, but they forgot to send it in so it took two days to get it back at which point I did not need it anymore. On the second day of my stay my room was not cleaned at all. The mimi bar was not attended during my stay so I had to go buy bottled water in a store across the street.

I flew to Copenhagen at night to make a morning connection out. The Quality Hotel Airport Dan was a good value for my overnight stay. It's a 15 minute walk from the terminal. The hotel itself is fine. Clean and quiet. I would stay there again.

My stay was acceptable, albeit a brief one night stay. Arriving late (at Midnight) it was simply a case of checking in and 'hitting the sack'. Room was a little aged looking but clean. Bathroom looked a little more aged with open drainage from the shower unit and the same kind of plumbing that I found in Denmark. (Not what Americans would be used to) Breakfast was an additional cost, and was just OK as far as a buffet goes. You will need to grab a cab from the airport as its just far away enough from the airport to walk. Cab drivers will take you the 'long way' around... if you can find one prepared to make a short fare run. Would I recommend... Yes if all you want is a basic nights rest with few frills. Very expensive as I'd found in Norway. (Maybe this is a Euro thing)

This hotel is not exactly as convenient as presented - arriving late at night had to call twice to check on my way to the location from the metro, through dark, silent streets with no commercial life at all and no signs for the hotel (which is around a corner and so not visible). The hotel bar was full, with smokers all around the hotel doorway. The shuttle doesn't run 24/7 so in the morning walked to the airport rather than walk back to the metro and wait for a train to come (or not - at 4:30 am i assumed they would be few and far between). The walk was okay but again through dark residential streets, unclear whether it's the right direction, etc. Room was clean and quiet. I would stay here only as I did - for a few hours' sleep before the plane. Don't know the price difference for the Hilton but it might be worth it to stay there instead.

The hotel is located very close to the airport however if you have a lot of luggage a cab is necessary to get to the airport and a 5 minute ride costs about 20 American dollars overall convienient but not really worth the value

A very simple, yet clean hotel that provides a free shuttle to the airport that is only about 5 minutes away. It is also near the Metro, so you can get into the city centre fairly easily. But, amenities are fairly standard and there aren't many things to do or places to eat nearby. So, if you're just looking for a place to stay for the night before heading to the airport, it's perfect. No A/C, but that's probably not a problem 95% of the time.

We walked from the airport to the hotel since the shuttle was not running at the time that we arrived. We turned to the right after exiting the airport, crossed a street then took a left. Shortly to the right there were steps that took you over a highway. We carried our luggage up the steps but there was also a ramp, if you wish to pull your luggage. From there we walked down the street in front of us. The hotel was on the right several blocks away. The walk was easy pulling our luggage. The check-in was quick. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is not fancy but was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet served hot and cold items. There is a restaurant in the lobby but has a limited menu on weekends. (We were there on a Sunday). We had salads and a hamburger. It was pricey. We actually stayed at this hotel twice. We arrived a day before our cruise and spent the night and we stayed again after returning from our cruise. The hotel receptionist gave us instructions on using the metro to get to the city center. The metro stop is a short walk from the hotel. There really is nothing to do around the hotel but our purpose for staying there was to be near the airport for an early morning flight. We printed our boarding passes from computers in the lobby and took the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle runs from 6 am to 10 am in the mornings. There is no shuttle again until the evening hours. I would definitely stay there again if I were flying into Copenhagen.

Stayed over night, good comfortable beds and friendly staff. Close to the CPH - CopenHagen Airport.

This hotel is just a five minute ride from the Copenhagen Airport and a free shuttle operates mornings and evenings. It is a good buy compared to the on-site hotel at the Copenhagen Airport.

The hotel is a short distance from Copenhagen airport which is the reason we chose it. It was quite comfortable despite the relatively small room. The staff were very service oriented and although the restaurant was closed, prepared a sandwich lunch for my wife and I and two people visiting us. Parking was behind the hotel and very convenient. All in all a good experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful... it's an old hotel so don't expect much, but the location is great if you need to be close to the airport and the metro is nearby to get you into the center of town. There are 2 supermarkets close by and a bakery. The breakfast buffet is alright for the price. So basically a good deal if you are in Copenhagen in transit.

I stayed here overnight on Jan 19. Hotels in Copenhagen are very expensive and this was was a steal. It's also a really decent hotel, with the full sized bed, and excellent restaurant. The restaurant is a bit expensive, especially compared to the price of the room, but the food was excellent. The location of this place couldn't be better, it's literally a 10 min walk from the airport. Also, there's a hotel shuttle up until 10:30 pm.

Since our flight left very early in the morning, the hotel's close proximity to the Kastrup Airport couldn't have been better. The only negative aspect of our stay at the hotel was that they charged approximately $5.00 for a disposable tooth brush. Most hotels I have stayed at provide such a necessary item free of charge.

Hotel conveniently located just by second metro station out of airport. If you have short stay you may drop your stuff fast in room and using metro be in center of city by 15 minutes.

Convenient location.
