Had an amazing stay at this property. The hotel is beautiful, and the views of the water were fantastic. The staff were all helpful, the rooms were very nice and modern albeit a little tight on space which we expected! The location couldn’t be beat and the restaurant was perfect for a spritz or cup of coffee. I’d highly recommend. Only complaint was the bed and pillows were pretty uncomfortable, we both left with back pain. I see others don’t mind it though.

This hotel is perfect for location. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The mattresses are comfortable. The hotel personnel are friendly. The down side is the room air conditioner didn't seem to work and the down comforters on the beds were too warm. We left the balcony door open to keep the air moving. The mini bar is automatically adds things so avoid touching anything in there unless you are going to consume it. The Aye Aye restaurant is waterfront but the food is VERY expensive with a hamburger costing almost 50 USD. There are better options near the canal.

they booked us straight under the construction area. when we complained and requested a room change, the girl laughed but then did it. Laundry truck unloaded at midnight Sunday with lots of noise so we could not sleep. this hotel charges for every little thing.

Great place to explore Copenhagen!

The staff was amazing. Starting with front desk and concierge, then continuing with restaurant and bar staff. Room was nice and comfortable. Noise was very low. Location was great to see key areas of the city.

If you’re looking to surround yourself with large groups of American tourists, pay $50 per person for a basic breakfast, and risk hitting your head on oversized, exposed wooden beams in your room, then the Admiral might be just the place for you. Our stay at the Admiral was overall pleasant. The staff was courteous, and the location is in a charming, upscale part of town, but the constant nickel-and-diming throughout our visit left a sour aftertaste. Nearly every small convenience came with a surprising fee. Want a coffee in the morning? That’ll cost you. Interested in using an umbrella because it is always raining? You’ll need to put a credit card down just to reserve one. The amenities were minimal at best, but you’re still expected to pay premium prices. If I return to Copenhagen, I will book somewhere else.

Gorgeous hotel in a former harbor warehouse. Truly charming building, interior full of exposed wood. Clean and all basic services. My favorite…go for a swim in the harbor Rooms are a bit small, as are the windows since the building was, a warehouse. Rooms are crispy clean. Shampoo, soap and conditioner comes in miniature bottles, which feels wasteful and outdated. Shower is wonderful with rain shower and handheld options. My only negative impression was the restaurant. Fairly limited menu, inflexible substitute options and incredibly crass staff. I would stay here again, but I’ll never eat in the restaurant. The patio bar is amazing. Plenty of room and friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel would have been a 4-5 star experience had it not been how we were treated in the restaurant. And then, this was one of the few places that asked for tips. We had to select 0, as tipping isn’t a custom and the service and food was subpar. Nyhavn is footsteps away. Go eat there or in town instead. Hotel is expensive, the price does not quite reflect the experience, so that could be adjusted too.

We stayed at The Admiral Hotel for a night due to a layover. The one night we were here was fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, beautiful and cozy and the location is perfect! You are in walking distance form great bars, restaurants and the metro.
