This was a great price for a hotel within walking distance of Kastrup airport. Things were very restricted due to COVID, but all the staff did their best to overcome this.

Most awful hotel... stay away.. already cancelled my booking for later in the week. Its beyond filthy... the walls are disgusting. The water is gross. There is no working wifi in the rooms... and all that for $130 NUTS!

Convenient to the airport. However, the room was extremely small (I could barely get around the bed) and sort of bleak. I would hate to spend more than one night there.

The primary reason I booked this hotel was the free airport transfer, however the times available for the transfers were limited so was not able to use this option.

Be warned that the airport shuttle only runs at specified times, not all the time. Also there is no air-conditioning. They charge for late-checkouts and are not particularly generous about them. No free breakfast. No instructions on the phone to contact the reception, you are just supposed to know to dial "9" first. For an airport hotel, they certainly lack the amenities that one would want for staying there. The metro is a 7-8 minute walk away that connects to the airport and to the city center. There is a friendly supermarket nearby. Location is otherwise not exciting, except for the supposed close proximity to the airport, which we had to use a Taxi to get from/to, at a cost of about $12 each way, defeating the purpose of staying there completely. Other guests were complaining that they got two tickets at the cost of about 100 euro each for parking in the parking lot, because they were not told they have to register their car with the hotel to park there. Management was not helpful to them. We had just come from an airport hotel in Greece with much better amenities, including airport shuttle on request, and so our disappointment was magnified.

Smells bad room has holes in the walls and tiny as a box, staff didn’t care that there was 10 people left at airport and no shuttle didn’t offer to call us a taxi even, had to walk 3000m down dark roads and paths to get to hotel after 26 hours of flying, 1 tiny pillow, bathroom smelled like a dead corpse was under the wall board
