Amazing room for myself, husband and daughter on the sofa bed. Was there for her 21st birthday and got nothing in terms of freebies for celebrating it there. Suite was superb. Nice slippers and water bottles to keep as a souvenir. In a nice quiet area but avoid Copenhagen over new year. Their fireworks start at 8am on the day and finish at 6am New Year’s Day. A bit of a rave opposite the hotel till 530 in the morning but otherwise an amazing stay.

El hotel es muy bueno y el personal muy cordial y servicial. Recomendaría que en el menú del restaurante incluyan más opciones de platos vegetarianos ya que tuvimos un solo plato y el chef se negó a preparar una alternativa. Cuando uno se queda 5 noches nos obligó a cenar fuera del hotel para no repetir siempre el mismo plato.

Good, but had the potential to be great

The hotel is centrally located in easy walking distance of the Metro. Our room (standard double) had a very comfortable four poster kingsize bed, however the room was fairly ‘cozy’ with such a big bed in it and it was difficult to move around the room or have anywhere to put our things. The tea tray gave us the basics, but only had one teabag for a room for two people. The toiletries were lovely, but again they only provided one towel each. The roof terrace was a nice surprise and it was lovely to take a drink from the bar up there, although I didn’t understand why it had limited opening hours as there was no staff member up there when I was there. Overall, it felt like this hotel did just enough to feel comfortable and enjoyable to stay in, but didn’t exceed my expectations in any way.

This is a delightful hotel in a great location. It has a quirky ambiance from the time you enter the lobby/dining room. Staff are friendly. Bar is great and stays open late. Food is wonderful. Walkable to Amalienborg palace, castellete which offers a great park, nyhavn (with a ton of restaurants), Frederiks Kirk. and Kongens Nytorv.
