We stayed in town for a volunteer event and chose this hotel. We had an executive suite, which was roomy enough for our family, as linens were provided for the couch. The beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful and pleasant. The only downsides we found were that the WiFi was spotty (I would have expected better for an "Executive" suite), and I had to go to the lobby to take some online timed exams which were necessary to complete this past weekend. Obviously it was not the quietest place to answer 130 questions about pharmacology and pathophysiology on a short time table!! Lastly, when we were packing we noticed that there were these tiny ants in our fruit and boxed snacks...Kinda icky. When we mentioned it to the front desk, we were "compensated" with extra points for our IHG account. Overall, some good and some not so good... Average stay.

The hotel was Clean, Quiet, and Comfortable. We had no issues with our room and the staff was friendly and courteous. I would stay here again. The hotel is close to area restaurants and shopping. Even though it is right off the interstate we could not hear any of the traffic noise.

The furnishings are modern very roomy. The only problem we had was the desk clerk was very sick and he kept coughing and hacking while trying to help us. He cleared his throat many times. I wish sick people would stay home so we don't get sick. Hated to use his pen. Otherwise great stay.

Second time trying to write this cuz wifi keeps crashing. Two weeks of this and i cant wait to leave here. The hotel i stayed at in Vietnam had better and faster wifi than here. Exercise room was terrible machines old and barely worked i couldnt use them treadmill belt slides when running on it (dangerous) and ski machine looked like they bought it at toys r us plus didnt work. Nobody uses em here so thats why no complaints. Wont be back here.

Beds were great, no lumps or bumps. Close to interstate and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Large selection very clean and organized. Would definitely chose holiday inn express over other competitors.

Met family members at this hotel for a weekend visit. Rooms were adequate - breakfast was basic. I just thought that staff could have been friendlier. Acted like they had never seen mixed - race couples. In fact, the whole city was not friendly. Won't stop here again.

First time I have stayed at a Holiday Inn in a long time. I could not get a room at the place I always say at. I was very surprized to find the Holiday Inn was very nice. The staff was nice and helpful. My room was nice and clean. I also found the price was cheaper than I was paying at the other place. I will be returning.

Great stay. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great, hot and fresh both mornings the entire time. Nice snack area fully stocked in the lobby. The room was clean and well maintained. The only things lacking was the pool and fitness center, which is a cardio room

Family road trip for college tours and scenic vacation. Met by friendly front desk representative who also was helpful throughout our stay. Made recommendations for the area and had a friendly conversation. Clean and quiet environment.

We stayed here overnight while passing through. The hotel is nice and clean. It has the amenities you'd find in all mid-price hotels: free breakfast, business center, free wifi, exercise room, pool. The beds were very comfy and I slept well. Not really any noise from the interstate even though it was close by. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh. I was pleased to see cheese omelets along with the western omelets as I cannot eat bell peppers. The young man at the front desk was quite pleasant at check in. However, the woman stocking and cleaning the breakfast area barely spoke to us. Neither was the young lady cleaning the rooms on our floor. We spoke to both of them first and they barely acknowledged us. I think they need to work a bit harder at making their guests feel welcome.
