The bedsheets had a cigar burn in them and were never changed in the five days we stayed there. Same cigar burn hole in the same spot all five days. The towels are threadbare and very small. The front desk operator would not give us more towels. Said only the cleaning staff had them. The pool is nonfunctional and very nasty looking. Beware, there are many shady characters lurking in the shadows at this hotel. We saw someone looking through the vehicles with a flashlight at night. When the police came, they said they only respond with two units there.

This hotel was ok for the price but the room wasn't very clean and the guy at the front desk was kinda rude

Staff was Nice and Friendly, Room was clean, Bathroom was clean, Floors, walls and ceiling had some stains but was still a good deal for the price.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE NEVER WENT BACK INTO THE "ROOM" ATE THE FEE< WENT ELSEWHERE NOTHING YOU COULD TELL THESE PROPRIETORS>>>HORRIBLE

Room was clean, and comfortable. However the internet was very inconvenient, would keep disconnecting every 10 minutes.

I was traveling to Cookeville to visit my boyfriend, so I really only needed a hotel room to sleep and shower. I reserved a non-smoking room with 1 King-size bed. The room was pretty spacious and comfortable. The bathroom looked clean and the bed was comfortable. The only problem was when I opened the door, I immediately noticed a cigarrette smell. I propped the door open for a few minutes and that seemed to help. Overall, It was pretty good for the amount I paid.

This is definitely not fit for nobility, but for a regular family on a budget, this is great for the price. Kids had fun in the pool, room was kind of out-dated, but there was no dirt, roaches or mold. I would stay here again even if I got a pay-raise. Great deal!

Was in town for a funeral. Room was dirty and smelled awful, like human urine. All the maid did was take out trash and toss 2 towels in the bathroom. Office absolutely reeked of stale curry and grease. In room, wallpaper was peeling off the wall in sheets. Exhaust fan in bathroom was exposed with wires hanging and rusty. I could go on. Never again.

the shower was dirty but the staff cleaned it when we went out to eat it was a older motel but for the price it was OK bed and covers was clean had a good-nights sleep

I don't mind cheap hotels, but this one was awful. The carpet hasn't been replaced in 30 years, the wallpaper is peeling and stained, you are given just one bar of soap and no shampoo or conditioner, and the staff at check in was very impersonable. It's cheap but I still didn't get my money's worth.

rooms could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom. Desk clerk was always on the phone. not very freindly.

mold in the shower

Not very clean, bathroom was a mess. Stale cereal and pastries for breakfats. Restaurant next door is out of business. Cheap, but you get what you pay for.

The staff was friendly, it was great for a quick stay on the way to North Carolina.

very good price for room, but room need some repairs

We staye at this hotel beause there were no others available. The ac was extremely cold, which is about the only positive thing we can say about our stay. The bed linens needed to be bleached as did the towels. the bathroom was in very poor repair--not necessarily dirty, but needed to be repaired. The continental breakfast consisted of coffee and pre packaged granola bars. We were dissappointed. It was very close to cookeville, so that was a plus.

The room I stayed in needed a lot of work done to upgrade to the next very low customer service level. It had cable, a big bed, an awful shower, missing door hinges for the cabinets and I felt unsafe with the way the doors would close and lock.
