Decorated in a beachy theme with a large granite kitchen counter, new appliances and cabinets. Large dining room table and everything you need to entertain. Lots of closet space. Ring doorbell is installed. Parking right outside your front door. Lovely patio with a sofa, table and fan grassy area and pond in your backyard. Enjoy the warm sunshine in this spacious and serene space. Beautiful 2bed/2bath first floor condo. Beautiful pool, hot tub, basketball, tennis, gym.
5 minutes to Coastal Carolina College, Conway Medical is 1.6 miles, less than 10 miles to beach and less than 10 minutes to all shopping. including Tanger Outlets. Aldi is a 5 minute walk.
