Atlanta Marriott Marquis
4/5 Good
"My first impression was not positive. The entrance area felt chaotic, a lot of traffic congestion that made arriving more stressful than expected. The lobby looked grand and welcoming, though the walk to my room revealed chipped and worn hallway walls that didn’t quite match the first impression. After getting past the first impressions, I found the stay comfortable and enjoyable. My room was clean, the view from my room of the city lights at night was wonderful, the on‑site dining, plus the outside restaurant options were convenient. The hotel also served as a helpful hub for my city tour."

Hilton Atlanta
5/5 Excellent
"The room was clean, and all of the staff we interacted with were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The downstairs bar was also a nice spot, and the bartender was very friendly and attentive. That said, the hotel is definitely showing its age. Most of the elevators did not appear to be working during our stay, which resulted in an approximately 30-minute wait for an elevator at checkout. The rooftop restaurant was also closed, and unfortunately, going up to the rooftop was a little unsettling. The lights were off when we arrived, leaving us standing in a completely dark elevator lobby. Overall, for the price and value I paid, I would stay here again. However, I would set expectations accordingly—this is definitely more of a 3-star hotel than a 4-star property. The friendly staff and reasonable price helped make up for some of the shortcomings as well as being able to walk to Starbucks in a fully enclosed route."
