Rustic looking villa in Conil de la Frontera less than 10 minutes drive from the beach of Roche and its coves and less than 7 minutes from the town of Conil.
It is without parking problems and very well located. Quiet residential area and very well communicated.
Maximum capacity is for eight people.
The Chalet is quite spacious and very bright. It has four bedrooms, two of them with double beds and two with single beds. They are spacious and bright rooms. The living-dining room is very spacious and has two separate kitchens with utensils, refrigerator and microwave. It also has two bathrooms. Ideal for large and numerous families. Pets are allowed on request.
It has a very spacious patio fully furnished in rustic style. Barbecue. New swimming pool with sun loungers and outside storage room.
It is close to the beach of Roche and its coves, 10 minutes or less.
The town of Conil de la Frontera is about seven minutes away.
