Located on the fourth and top floor of a small secure condominium with elevator and private underground parking, Mave-Maï, with an area of 80 m² and completely renovated, will accommodate up to 4 people. This apartment will immerse you in the heart of Concarneau thanks to its stunning view of the Bay and its location less than 450 meters from the city center.

As soon as you enter the apartment, you will be caught up in the blue of the ocean, this area serves all the rooms in the accommodation. On your right you will discover the large living room with its sitting/living area giving access to a first balcony with a splendid sea view, then the fully equipped kitchen, reveals itself.
Finally, walk along the hallway with many closets and discover the sleeping area with its two beautiful bedrooms also facing the bay. Then a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilets, complete this space.
This place is ideal for a couple or family looking for tranquility.
