card key reader wasnt working, so staff had to escort us to our room every time. They were friendly and helpful, but it was inconvenient. The rooms didnt have very good noise reduction (could hear other rooms tv often)

We booked two rooms both room were still dirty the 1st room had the trash from the previous guest rotted bananas in the trash. Mold in the shower and the ice bucket smelled of mildew so bad the smell the breathtaking. The 2nd room had literal poop on the toilet seat. The key card wouldn’t work for the door along with a lot of other rooms. You had to wait 10-20 for someone to let you in the room. They did move us rooms and that was great and the manger Courtney was amazing helping us. While we had or stay the hot tub was drained and not working the gym was not closed off and there was not breakfast like it was advertised. The woman working the desk the time of checkout was extremely rude. I would have to say I wouldn’t book with this hotel again
