Check in process was perfect, garage code worked. Property owner followed up with us upon check in if anything was needed.The property was clean with everything in order.The 2-car garage was very nice, but access in/out is very tight in the driveway.

Overall the house was in an excellent location and very well stocked. The owner was extremely communicative when we had neighbors park us into our unit, set off their smoke detector and blast music until 5am. They also provided us with helpful lists upon check in. However, the house definitely wasn’t not very clean. Dead flowers from a previous guest remained on the windowsills, huge stains and dog hair on the stair carpet, hair on the mattresses, old balloon ribbon stuck in the ceiling fan and massive scuff marks and stains on the walls took what would have otherwise been a perfect rental and really took it down a notch.

We enjoyed our stay at Work of Art. As “out of staters” who were in town for our daughter’s wedding, the townhome was the perfect place for us. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was helpful in getting ready for the wedding. Thanks for a great weekend!

Weekend Getaway

We stayed 2 nights in order to attend a music festival. It was easy to get in and the communication with the host was great! There were good amenities in the kitchen. Everything you could need. The off street parking was perfect located inside a 2 car garage. Each bedroom had its own en-suite. Fully updated. We really enjoyed the outdoor balcony for morning mimosas!

We had an excellent experience staying at this property. The host and his assistant were efficient and accommodating. The property is wonderful and fit our needs perfectly. There is plenty of room, and the layout is convenient and private for all guests. The property is comfortable and well appointed. I highly recommend staying here if your are visiting Columbus. You will not be disappointed!

Not as much room as listed.

Rented the property on Easter weekend for my family. When we arrived at the property, I was not able to locate the two twin beds that were listed in the listing. We reached out to management, she advised that the listing might have been incorrect. Mistakes happen, I understood. I mentioned that since the listing was incorrect, we should get some sort of discount. I would have respected it more if she had apologized and said she couldn’t do that. However, she Totally ignored the idea and no apology! Then she said there was a blow up mattress in the closet, however once I checked, unfortunately for us there wasn’t actually any blow up mattresses. I told her it was no mattress in the closet. She responded by saying that the 3 bedrooms were equipped with two king size beds and one full. She was not helpful and borderline rude! She did allow us to check in two hours before check in which was a plus since our flights arrived early. Kitchen was stocked with plenty supplies and spices.

Nice property in nice area

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The house was clean and has a nice layout. We especially appreciated that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Having parking available in the attached garage was great, as parking in German Village is quite limited. My only negative comment is that the 2 showers on the 3rd level do not have any shelves in them, which means that showering essentials such as shampoo, body wash, razor must be placed on the floor of the shower.

Awesome Experience

The owner of the listing was very responsive. The flat is incredible and so is where it is located in German Village. Every thing was clean and it was well equipment in the kitchen. So if you like to cook which I do they have almost every thing

Get away from home

Really nice place! If you have a larger vehicle it be tight for parking, but parking is avaliable down the road. I would recommend highly and most likely reserve again.
