I stayed here for two nights from Miami. I booked here because it looked nice. I had a great stay but I did have a few problems with the door not locking properly and also the bathroom had stains around the toilet like it wasn’t cleaned properly. Sometimes staff was not even available at the lobby to take care of you. The carts where you put your luggage was nowhere to be found either. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything. The tvs would turn the volume to 100 every time you would change the channel so we had neighbors complaining about the noise. They had free breakfast and variety of options. Great stay if you’re only staying for one night. I liked the location which was close to a few clubs, the mall and a couple restaurants.

Front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and pleasant. They were terrific. The early morning shift and the person who stared their shift somewhere around 8:30 or 9:00 on Saturday morning were exceptional.

Was supposed to check in at 3pm and couldn’t check in till after 6pm. I made this reservation months prior to my stay. According to the First lady that was working they didn’t have any rooms available at the time of checkin. Ok fine she took my number and was supposed to call when she had one available, well guess what she didn’t call me at all. She just clocked out and left for that day. Communication is the key when in customer service.

Overall the property was good. It seemed to be an older property but still fair. Not a complaint just an observation, there appeared to be some updates in the property but other updates are necessary. The exterior could use touching up as we were a little concerned once we got out of our car but again overall not bad It was not a bad stay. I came to attend a concert and the Columbus Civic Center was less than 15 minutes away. Staff was very nice. I would stay again if I’m in the area
