Everyone at he hotel was very polite and eager to assist! The hotel rooms were comfy and spacious.

Hotel was undergoing inside renovations at the beginning of August '17, so there were fewer rooms available; those that were available hadn't yet been renovated. The staff was friendly, but there was no notice about renovations before or during my check-in. The "wet paint" signs, "caution" tape, and delivery men stacking boxes in the hallway outside of my room the next day were the only warning signs I received. The room was comfortable, though a little dated. (The renovations are needed.) The mattress pads and plenty of pillows made for a good night's sleep, even though you could hear the room above you enough to hear conversation, but not make out the words. If you're in town for a campus event or passing through, I highly recommend this place. For the price, it's a great place to sleep & get a quick breakfast in the mornings. If you're planning on staying in the room to get work done, there are plenty of local coffee shops or campus locations that can better accommodate working environments.

The Staff is nice. The bathroom was not that clean. They provide high speed free internet as well as nice breakfast.

Great staff. Very flexible with your needs. Would stay again.

We were just looking for some place clean and comfortable with easy off and on to Hwy 82. The hotels in Greenwood, MS were all too expensive so we kept driving and found Microtel. It was my first visit to this chain and I found them very price effective with all the amenities.

Nice and comfortable. Felt safe. Had to call for directions twice and employee was very helpful.

the staff and hotel itself is great, however the house cleaning department did not check the heater so when I turned it on the fire alarm went off and that was a bit annoying. But other than that the room and hotel was spotless

The hotel was great. Location was perfect, amenities were great, staff was super friendly and the room was very clean. My only complaint would be the price we paid for one night. Seemed a little steep for one night, but overall glad I came.

The hotel was fine, room looked fairly new but the beds need new mattresses...they have two dips in them when the bodies lie, not so great. I didn't sleep well.

We only stayed one night during a tournament, but it was a good night's sleep. Beds are so comfy we slept through breakfast. The only warning I have is that the city of Starkville has changed its numbering system and some road names, so make sure your GPS is up-to-date or you will get very lost! The hotel is in a good location, just outside of the busy area, so it is very quiet and the staff was very friendly.

Everything's to my Sastifacation, Staff was Good, I love their Breakfast selection, Except the lobby in the front was cold, only when you come in the door.

Nice staff. Clean room. Easy to get to. Would stay again.

I didn't expect the room to be as spacious as it was. It was a very functional and very clean room. Staff is friendly.

Visiting child at MSU. great hotel, super staff!! great free breakfast.

We were happily surprised at how nice the hotel was. I think they are currently doing renovations and our floor was really nice. New carpet and the rooms were super nice. The only thing we did not like was the hallway when we got off the elevator smelled like cigarettes and an ashtray, REALLY BAD!! Our room did not smell at all, just the hallway. The breakfast was fine, my husband ate the sausage gravy and he liked it. It would help if they could move the coffee and drink station to another wall so that everything is not crammed in the corner, and the crowd could move more freely. We will definitely stay there on our next visit.

The staff was attentive to every need. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was an exceptional value.
