Stayed at this hotel, checked in at 9pm very fast. It had a very safe parking lot with security monitoring the premises. It also has a nice Chinese restaurant, but it closes at 930pm. Great for passing by or staying and enjoying columbus. I would recommend you check in early and call before hand before you make a reservation as I did see some issues with other guest.

This hotel is in an easy to find location near I-71 and I-270 northeast of Columbus. My room was very clean with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was better than most with hard-boiled eggs, waffles and cereal. I stayed on a Sunday night and was frustrated that the pool closed at 8 pm(10 pm on other nights). I was able to get to OSU in about 20 minutes during morning rush hour.

Considering the low cost for the stay, i was totally surprised at how nice everthing was. The food was great and the pool and exercise area was what one would expect in a membership gym.

Bring $50 cash for your room deposit. The staff was annoyed that they had to check me in. The facility was otherwise clean but wow the front desk people were hateful. No worries, I just won't come back.

This hotel pictures are lipstick on a pig. Workout facilities are outside in a different building and it's a health club. Didn't open until 8 pm because staff didn't arrive. Breakfast was low quality. Hotel is very old.

Hotel staff was nice but hotel was a little dated. Had knats in room and the room had an odd smell.

The facility is quite old and needs some renovation. Carpet does not look pleasing, and the bedding does not feel comfortable. It does have a working refrigerator, and it is nearby where I needed to go. At a price of almost $80 a night, with discounts applied, seems quite a bit much for a room of this level. Hot breakfast was not at the appropriate temperature. There is no elevator, you are out of luck if you have heavy suit cases. It was disappointing.

The room was clean. Not sparkling clean, but adequate. The entire place was OK. BUT, the door to the corridor had a broken air pump, so that every time it was opened it would slam shut with a loud and wall rattling noise. It wasn't so bad during the day when you are up and about, it was when you were just drifting off to sleep that you would be jarred awake. This is a busy place, so that harsh noise kept waking me up. On my way out the front door upon checking out I did tell the desk man about the pump needing fixing. From the bit of tape wrapped on the pump it was evident someone some time ago had attempted to repair the issue, without success. I am not a picky traveler, I will overlook minor issues, but this one most certainly needs immediate attention. Of course, I will never know if it is done, due to the fact once burned I won't go back for more. I was exhausted with no sleep due to this banging wall shaking noise.

We checked in right around 3:00pm after attending the Ohio State Fair. We were hot and exhausted. The desk staff were outgoing and friendly. Manager, Tom, checked us in and was training a new staff member. Honored our request for a first floor room and had very easy access to it for unloading. Room was great as we had 2 double beds, tv, microwave, frig, desk, chair. Bathroom sparkled. We were very comfortable and cooled off in the A/C and rested a bit. There's a Pizza Hut right next door and we grabbed a late bite to eat; easy walk access. The hotel's Olympic size pool and exercise area is wonderful and we've used it other years but just weren't up to it this time but it is one of the reason's we love staying at this location. They offer a breakfast (cereals, a few hot items, beverages, sweets) but since we were going back to the Fair, we didn't eat. We checked out in the morning quickly and easily and were on our way.

Not Safe! Local street ppl hanging out in the lots looking into cars!

First, my sister was given key cards to a room that was occupied. Entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. There was crusty orange substance on the comforter in my room. My sister and her children woke up covered in ants! Horrible experience.

Hotel needs updated, gum and stained carpets in room, no video game room like stated, hot tub broken, couldn't find any kind of breakfast. Said we could check out at 1 and when came to check out at 12:30, they complained and said we were late.

My wife and I stayed here for a night away from home. The room was clean and well-appointed and the on-site restaurant was good. Near shops and plenty to do w/ the health club on-site.

The room was clean and generally average. No issues at all with the room, staff or price.

Easy drive to arena district. Would stay at different hotel in same area next time.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff and a in great location.

It was an ok visit. The swimming pool was nice.. The hot tub not some much due to children being it.. The room was great but housekeeping never came to clean the second day and had no toliet paper in stock. Or towels for the pool all weekend. Front desk staff pretty rude. Overall ok stay just some improvements could be made
