Great staff, nice property, quiet neighborhood, good location

Guy at the front desk extremely rude, no business center or full breakfast and 2 broke showers in two different rooms

My room had one remote control to operate 3 televisions. The breakfast was not up to the usual Homewood Suites standard. The main course for Sunday breakfast was biscuits and gravy. Even in the southern states you’re main selection for breakfast is no just biscuits and gravy. Your staff stated that is their regular Sunday morning meal. The hallways were very dust from the remodeling which meant you brought it into your room with your. There was only a outdoor pool which makes no sense for a hotel in a Northern State ( not warm most of the year).

Breakfast was probably the best part of the hotel stay. When we got into the room it smelled musty... It would have been great to be notified about construction and there having been no flooring throughout most of the hotel, dust, etc... The room keys not working at random. The biggest issue was definitely the construction however, I have small children, 2 of which have allergies.

Have stayed here many times over last few years staff nice, place is very tired, in need of major rehab.

I used orbitz but the confirmation had not gone thru when I arrived or so the clerk told me I waited while looked for the reservation. Finally, he found the reservation. The first room was not ready. The beds had not been made. I came back and he gave me another room, but the key did not let me in. I went back a third time and finally the key worked. No trouble with the second room.

Really surprised about how outdated the hotel overall was. All the rooms/hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. Our bathroom, the faucet in the shower continuously leaked, the ceiling had peeling paint, and the wall paper was peeling off the walls. The door locked, however the extra latch was installed improperly so it would not work. The staff we encountered was very nice and the breakfast/managers reception in the evenings were very nice.

Newer building for front desk & breakfast. Nice front desk staff. Hallways, room, elevator, etc. DIRTY. Queen suites are closest rooms to the highway--so noisy (bring ear plugs).

Our family was very comfortable. I loved the suite that we stayed in that it had a bedroom which had a door so that we could have privacy from the kids. I also liked that there is an additional sink area in the bathrroom as well as one in the tub area so that someone can still use it while another person is in the shower. The staff is very nice.

The hotel is very tired. Rooms are in need of remodeling. This stay water damage to bathroom. Coffee pot didn’t work. The overall facility in need of housekeeping inside and out Hopefully on their redo list Staff was very nice. Location convenient.

Musty smell in hotel. Never going back to this placed

I stayed here over a weekend to complete a 26 hour class by an organization that uses this facility about twenty times a month. After returning from a class late Saturday night i found my breathing machine was missing. I called and asked where it was. I cannot sleep with out it)They had mistakenly thrown it in the garbage? The manager would not look for it. I had to dig through 25 bags of garbage in their dumpster to find it. The night manager did not care. He did not care about the cost or time to me if it was gone. He did not care that his customer that had to dig through garbage. Absolutely disgusted with this manager. Get rid of this bad apple and it's probably a good place to stay. The guys that checked me in were great. If they were on duty i believe that this would not have been a bad experience.

I stayed at this hotel for a wedding close by. While the beds were super comfy, the size of the room and the fact that many things were broken in various rooms of myself and my friends (A/C, burners, disposal, lights...). I would not stay here again, or any homewood suites for that matter. I will say though that the staff was wonderful.

I stayed at this hotel several years ago.. Everything was a plesent this time as well..

Upon check in was told room wouldnt be ready till 3:30 It was now 2:50. Ok said would wait out at the pool. 3:30 new girl at the desk said soSorry room not ready yet. Explained that they were busy and had some late check out (noon)and my room wasnt ready yet.Went back to pool in long pants at shirt very hot.She said would come and get me.4:10 I wasnt wating anymore went 2desk and again she said my room wasnt ready. I stated that in all of my travels I have never waited more than 20 mins for a room. She xplained that her Premire hotel patrons had till 200 pm to check out. told her booked my room a month ago and had already billed for it and paid it.She went aroung the corner and the manager [...] mysteriously found me a room, humm. Wont go into the other details, just beware of room 322 Tv in livingroom area didnt work, Had no hot water during the day. Black mold up under the toilet bowl, you can veiw it by sitting in the bath tub.Hot tub was not in use.And called front desk and no one awnsered. When we asked about the tv was told maintance man went home. When hot water went out my daughter in law called the desk to tell then and the same girl told her she would try to get it working.I went down at this point to get an explanation for the "We will Try" Wont even discuss what I was told . Asked for a coporate address at this point and couldnt find one , go figure. I told the girl at the desk I would google it.[...] I was done.[...] the manager called my room 322 after his clerk must of told him of my complaints. I didnt waste my time. I was insulted by being told that Preimere customer or Gold customers could hold up me getting into my room at $110.00 a night. And I wasntgoing to get my money back. My guests were witness to this also and I feel bad for them . Shame on them

I stayed here while attending a conference. The "conference rate" at the hotel where the conference was hosted was sold out by the time I registered. After some investigation, I found this hotel to be very near the conference hotel and had a better price. Not only was the price better, I found the facilities to be more comfortable and quiet than the conference hotel. I'll be staying here again the next time I'm at a conference in the area. Very pleased.

The hotel had all the amenities of being at home - a decent gym, outdoor basketball court and complimentary meals on weekdays. Although it was closed for the season, the hot tub and pool looked pretty nice.

Attended a beauty pagaent with my granddaughter. The hotel was perfect, [...]. I reserved a king suite online and only got a king single reservation. I paid for the upgrade but [...]. Thank goodness I called the hotel to confirm the reservation. [...]

Very pleased with Homewood suites, as always. Their rooms were impeccable, with lots of choices of different firmness of pillows on each bed, 2 extra blankets in the closet, 2 wash basins was wonderful for 2 girlfriends with hair and make-up needs. The only problem was the water pressure in the shower was very weak, barely adequate. We took showers in the morning so I don't know if we were competing with everyone else in the hotel for water pressure. LOVE the morning brunch! Huge bonus and savings to have breakfast available! Wonderful place for a family!
