Upon arriving, the front desk was wonderful. The staff was very kind and polite our whole stay. However, our room had a broken pullout, the issue was resolved but the bed was left unusable. Breakfast menu same as I’ve had for years, would love more variety. Also only 1 waffle iron for basically 2 large hotels, wait for a waffle too long. No towels at the pool in the morning. Someone should tell the clerk at the garden side a guest for the Homesuites can walk to the other lobby to register!
