The location is great for access to Fort Benning. The room was spacious and the bathroom was big. We have stayed at many Hampton inns across the country, and the staff at this hotel was by far the worst. We asked for a light bulb to be fixed on day one and it never got fixed after four days. Asked for a quiet room. Front desk acted like they were going to work on that. Asked us if we would be okay switching bed configuration we said yes, thought it meant we would be in a quieter location. We were in an extremely high noise area of hotel. If staff can't grant a request. Just say so!
