There should be a microwave in every room I had to pay $20 more to get a room with a microwave

The property was fine, Orbitz didn't show that I had a handicap accessible room, I didn't need this service but it worked out. I would have preferred to have a bathtub but the shower was fine.

I like the location. I have stayed at this location numerous times, on this occasion i was disappointed in the service. My room wasn't attended until day 6 of an 8 day stay. However, the majority of the staff were very friendly and courteous.
Great looking hotel, inside and out. Free parking. Decor and cleanliness were amazing. Room and staff were great. The door rattled a little too much when other people opened and closed theirs, but we felt safe.

They leave out very important information. You will only know what's going on if you go to the hotel directly and pay for it, otherwise you will be blindsided by the fact that they charge so much and hold 50.00 until you check out.

The Microtel has several rooms that are just for sleeping that do not have microwaves or refrigerators. We apologies for the inconvenience and look forward to seeing you again.
