The hotel is great (as Home2 Suites usually are), but the personnel were just awesome! Kind, polite and friendly. Definitely going back!

I loved the black out shade in the room, the garbage disposal in the sink, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, glass standup shower that had excellent hot water and water pressure, the comfortable bed, big TV, comfortable couch to sit on with ottoman to kick your feet back onto, full size mirror next to the couch, plug ins for cords next to night stands, roil out chair and desk, nooks and areas so set your things, drawers under the TV to put your clothes along with a area to hang clothes if needed, bathroom drawers to put items in and a sink that had a area to put wet hand towels after use- the room was designed to maximize all the space yet big enough to feel spacious. The carpet was comfortable barefoot and had tile in the kitchen and bathroom areas. The toilet was even energy efficient with two different flush settings and in the stand up shower there was an additional surprise feature for complimentary pump dispensers of shampoo and body wash built into the shower wall as well as excellent lighting in the bathroom to blow dry your hair with the hairdryer they have in the drawer or to do your makeup. Outdoors there is a pool along with a AMC movie theater, brewsters ice cream stand & Jersey Mike’s (literally walking distance from the hotel) a bowling alley, multiple things to eat within half a mile to two miles from Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Steak ‘n Shake, Cracker Barrel, Charleys etc as for places to shop close by there is Target, Publix, Walgreens.

After having a nightmare flight on Delta, with having to run through the airport to catch the next plane to rude airplane personnel, the staff at Home2 Suites, were awesome! Friendly smile, letting us know what was available, local places to eat, they were fantastic and made our vacation.
The afternoon that we checked in the staff was excellent she went over and above to make sure we were able to check in early. The bathroom had hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor other than that everything was good.
This hotel was great! It was clean...great location...great continental breakfast... Fitness room was nice...friendly staff! Beautiful room! Ran my first full marathon and needed a cozy room to recover!

The hotel is awesome and very clean!! Thumbs up for that but the staff at the front desk were not friendly! No smiling faces at all! Attitudes were very displeasing!
The room is set up really great and very comfortable. The fitness room equipment was really good too. My room did not have the hairdryer and my husband reported that we needed one and they did not get one for me for either day as had been promised...I had to take the hairdryer from the other room we had reserved since they brought their hairdryer from home. That is why the needs something special for staff is rated lower.
