Easy check in. Room was very clean & nicely appointed. Room is set up like an efficiency with a microwave, kitchen sink, refrigerator & coffee maker. Quiet property.

Clean areas and the staff is friendly. The continental breakfast was good too. But the room service was suppose to be done at the third day of visit and was not done. The trash can are only clean if you put them outside and the towels are only chabge if you ask. I know that due CoVid, some thibga have change, but cleaning the room shouldn't have to be one of them

Clean, safe, close to Fort Benning

This place was amazing dog friendly and went above and beyond to keep everyone safe and clean.

Nice location and setting, quiet and no traffic noise at all. Pool area very nice all well kept and clean

It was very convenient staying there for my son's graduation from basic at Fort Benning. We decided to stay an extra night. If you have a recruit that can stay off base unfortunately this is in a no go zone for the soldiers at Fort Benning. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The hotel was clean. The breakfast area was well staff, It was clean and neat.

I am a certified entomologist. We checked into the property I was doing a bedbug check and found a bloody set of panties between the frame and mattress. I went to the second room and found a living inch long cockroach in the bathtub. The night clerk admitted they were having pest issues. We were moved to another section of the hotel and upgraded. They gave us one night free on each room. My wife and my room we had issues with the tv controller and called about it to only be given another one that did not take care of the issue so we had to stand no farther than 2 feet from the tv to change channels. Not a great impression of what externally looked like a nice place. I will say the night clerk was exceptionally helpful. When I went to discuss the issue with the hotel managers I was told that people lie and that was a concern. I did not like that when spent some time telling them what to do to help with their pest issues.

It was close to Fort Benning. Staff was wonderful. Check in was a breeze. Comfortable beds. Tge rooms were quite.

Everyone was so friendly! The place was clean. The rooms were nice.

If you're in town for your soldiers graduation, this is a great hotel to stay at. We were about 6-10 minutes away from base and the infantry museum where the graduation was held. If regards to the hotel itself, the only downside was the breakfast. There weren't many options and on 2 of the 3 days we were there, they didn't have milk or cereal. We had to go out dor breakfast, which we didn't count on doing. Only other thing that we were not happy with, was the elevator. It would take more than 1 push on the button to get it to go up/down and it kind of freaked us out. We just took the stairs to avoid any problems. Overall, we would stay here again and do reccomend it.

Had a pool but too cold out to swim. My first room the sheets were dirty. The second room I was moved to had a smell. Too late at night to move to different hotel.

Bed was good, floors good, mirror were not completely clean as the fridge

Was a very pleasant stay ..The girls behind the counter were the best ...

Renee at the front desk went above and beyond to help our party with an issue revolving around the need of a handicapped transfer shower chair. She was truly caring and found a solution when other front desk people might have shrugged it off.

Very close to Fort Benning, excellent location for families visiting their soldiers or attending graduation. The property has an outdoor area with gas grills which was very nice be to be able to use. Room also had a small kitchen with all utensils which was also very convenient.

Hello Sir, I would like to thank you for staying with us and sharing your thoughts. I am happy to hear that our hotel was appealing and accommodating to your needs. However, that is the first I am hearing that the soldiers cannot stay here. We love our soldiers and our hotel thrives off of our soldiers and soldier families staying with us. Thank you so much for your business and we hope to see you again.
