Everything was excellent. Staff was friendly and always available when needed

Friendly staff, beautiful hotel, older but mostly well maintained, excellent location. You can easily walk to most attractions in the downtown area, we will stay here again.

Thank you for allowing early check in! (Room was available by 11:30am!!) The classic designs and quality were elegant and your are able to feel welcomed the moment you walk in! My boyfriend and I are impressed with their customer service because they are consistent with their information and made our 4 year anniversary special by recommending a good place to eat Lunch and providing us with a safe, clean and comfortable stay!! The Columbus Marriott really lives up to my expectation of a 3 star hotel! I have stayed at a 3 star hotel in Hawaii for twice the price but I was able to get the same quality from Columbus Marriott! After a long flight, a long commute and stress from planning a trip, it is nice to relax in such a beautiful hotel!!! Thank you very much Columbus Marriott and staff!

I was at the Marriott Columbus for one night for a friend's engagement party in town. The room was fine -- it could use a bit of updating. We requested extra towels twice and they never arrived, which was the only frustration with the hotel.

This hotel looks great but it is on a train route and you hear the train whisle all through the night. When the heat kicks on you hear a loud noise. The microwave didn't even have a glass turntable in it when we went to use it. I had to ask for one. Over all the people were very nice and helpful. Not worth the price and would never stay there again.

We enjoyed every minutes of our two nights' stay. We love the idea of staying at a renovated historical mill. Not the best hotel we have stayed but it's a great value and probably the best we can do at Columbus. The location is wonderful! We walked to uptown Columbus, historic district, and River Walk. Will stay at Columbus Marriott again and get the Mill Suite.

I enjoyed the historial atomsphere of the hotel. I was disappointed with the permanent marker stains on the bed sheets. Even though we stay two days, I expected the sheets would be change. They were not. The housekeeper just made the bed up. I was upset that the mini fridge did not keep my insulin cool. When I return back to the hotel, housekeeping had turn the temperture knob off in the fridge. I expected better from hotel carrying the Marriott name.

Quaint downtown location, easy freeway access, beautiful lobby. The best hotel food ever from the attached pub.

A few minor issues but overall a nice place to stay.

Only there one night but beautiful, clean ..just what we needed after a very long drive.

The hotel is a lovely historic property near the riverfront. Staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Lovely hotel. Comfortable rooms.

Great location and a nice hotel - good walking distance to downtown. The hotel needs a sauna/hot tub, though.

It had been a while since last I stayed here and I liked it last time. This time was even better. If staying in Columbus, this is a great place.

good value when adding the breakfast special vouchers

Great experience. Traveled there for business. You can run on the riverwalk, walk to a local baseball game, comedy club, or music across the river.

With the financial struggles in our economy it is a blessing to be able to stay in hotels. It is redicilous that the hotel desk staff would not release a luggage cart wirhout using the Busboy. They hide the carts so guests can't use them fireely. This is not a 5 star hotel. The morning of departure my cousin went to the desk to ask for a cart ONLY. The busboy would not release it. The manager was standing there also. IT IS RUDE! My cousins and I (all females) made 3 trips to the car while the staff watched. I suggest.the hotel order 2 more carts so guests can use...then keep 2 carts under lock &.key for the bus ¹boy!

I recently stayed at this hotel for an annual convention. I arrived very early and was going to bring my luggage up to a friends room rather than have it in my car. I asked the front desk when I might be able to check in and after checking their computer, they told me they had a room open and sent me happily on my way. The hotel is older, but I loved the way they took care of it!

We were in town for family day and this hotel was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and kind, the hotel was very clean and convieniently located

Experience was good at the Marriott. The beds were definitely one of the best hotel beds I've ever slept in. It was in a great location right downtown with the university close and good nightlife.

Hotel was nice, but overpriced for the market. Rooms - and especially beds - were very comfortable. Desk staff was pleasant but cleanliness of lobby restrooms was HORRIBLE! Did not offer dining facilities but shared building with nationally recognized restaurant chain whose food was overpriced for quality and quantity. Restaurant service was well below average. Felt as though they knew they had a captive market with the hotel guests and did not need to provide a quality product or service.
