I absolutely loved everything about this location. I wished we would have stayed longer.

Staff was very friendly and helpful... spa is broken down, pool was dirty... fridge did not work in the room, a few lights did not work, and the toilet did not work properly.

This hotel is located on a beautiful little lake. We felt like we were at a resort! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. Great little cafe in the lobby.

The room did not have any tissue in it when we checked in so we had to ask for them to bring some. Later that evening we opened the mini fridge to place some drinks in it to be cold the next morning to find a box of partially eaten pastries already in the fridge. Beds were adjustable for comfort but there was no information about that in the rooms and we were not informed at check-in although there was a sign on the check out counter the next morning. The staff was apologetic but for the price of the rooms and getting discount coupons for breakfast instead of a continental breakfast just seems like a bit much.

The hotel was fair...staff was great but the room had not been used in awhile it should have been freshened up, it was dusty and hot. We were in town to go white water rafting, would have been great had the hotel not have been so far from everything. No complimentary anything ! Outrageous money for meals in the hotel.

Tried to book 2 rooms on my I phone for that night. Arrived at hotel with no reservations. The phone app booked the wrong dates. The hotel only had one room. . Hotel desk found another room 20 minutes away. No refund for the mistake. The hotel was very nice.

This hotel was convenient, quiet and really a great place to stay.

Hotel was great and clean and staff was wonderful I recommend it to anyone that needs a great room.

This is your standard business traveler hotel. Nice place, friendly staff, clean and free cookies in the evening. All and all good place for business travel or other.

Hotel was nice and newer. Unfortunately, the room was not serviced well or not at all. We stayed for 3 nights. The first service was half done (no coffee packs replaced, saved towels to reuse but they took then anyway (we try to be green) coffee pot not cleaned) and the second day it was not serviced at all. We left the hotel at noon and didn't get back until 10:00, so too was late for cleaning at that point. Got little in the way of help from the front desk. They tried to come up with excuses. I informed them that I travel a ton for a living and there should be no excuse. At that point, she agreed, but offered nothing in return.

Nice, quiet, comfortable. Not easy to get to from my GPS but could be just mine. Great to have simple restaurant in hotel that worked special orders both from the bar and the food menu.

The location of the hotel is wonderful. I loved the lake and our room faced it. It was a great price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is the food. The grits were lumpy and cold. The food that should have been severed hot was cold and the drinks were warm; theys should have been sitting in ice. Otherwise, the stay was a success.

Hotel was very nice. Only complaint is the breakfast. It appears as though it is a "free" continental style breakfast. But once you sit down and eat, they come with a bill of $10 per adult and $5 per child. I travel a lot and have never had this experience, but probably my fault as I have never stayed at a Hilton.
