Nothing like getting into a bed and your pillows are wet because the wall had a big water bubble on it. They opened the next room door and you got hit with a strong smell of mold. Something has been leaking for awhile and they have not been checking there rooms. Ice machine didn’t. Work. Had to change rooms into a double bed . Didn’t like that at allwork

Check out lady was rude I wasn’t able to get my deposit back due to my daughter wetting the bed and jelly on the sheets so they don’t have a washer and dryer. I wasn’t upset a little annoyed then the front desk lady got rude with me for no reason

The location was great, everything you need is right there, but the hotel could be a little cleaner, carpets, wall and doors are dirty, electrical wires are exposed, and the receptionists never smile just plain unpleasant, not disrespectful just mean.

The property AND room was neglected. The pictures do not represent the status of the room. We asked for a change of bedsheets and they stated they did not have enough for the daily change and couldn't provide any. The room was not vacuumed or dusted.
