Very outdated. Rooms have outside entrance off balcony and you can't leave curtains open or everyone can look right into your room . Our room was right across from elevator and very noisy

The room was clean but i had reserved a kingsoze bed and they gave us a single queen. Not ehat i had wanted. A crowded night. Surrounding area not that great.

The hotel staff was awesome! The room was ok, the bathroom had some mildew spots on the ceiling and in the tiles. The beds were comfortable. The worst part was the noise from the interstate. If you are a light sleeper you may want to choose another hotel.

This was a great choice for me. Clean comfortable secluded but still within reach of restruants and shopping. Friendly staff. My only complaint is being able to hear the people in the room above me walking and flushing their toilet. Not a deal breaker for me but on my next visit i will request a room on an upper level.

The staff was very helpful. However, the toilet did not work in our first room. We were moved to a 2nd room, and upon checking it, it had not been cleaned and had crumbling plaster covering the bathroom area. We weren't willing to take a chance on the 3rd room, so moved to a different hotel. Rooms were clean and updated, but plumbing issues need to be addressed. Staff did their best to accomodate us.

We were in town visiting Fort Benning's to see my son graduate from Army National Guard. It was a pleasure staying there. People friendly. Also the restaurant's were great there to. Easy access to the base and airport. Thank you for your services.

It took way too long to cool down the room. Then I discovered the drain in the tub was clogged and toilet was very slow. Then there was no Wifi available. I reported all the above and was told it would be fixed. The tub and toilet did not get fixed as promised so I requested a new room. My new room was DOWN GRADED!! Not only that, it was a smoking room to boot!! There was still no Wifi. I again reported it and it was not fixed until the last evening I was there. Every time I asked about it, I was told they had done all they could do. So, essentially, too bad.

Stay at this hotel once a month for business meetings. Staff is always friendly, rooms are decent.

Just stayed overnight. Relatively okay. Nothing special but I would stay again. Bed was comfortable, water was hot, could use more towels.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The entire staff was extremely helpful! Very easy to get to Fort Benning. I really appreciate having a fridge and microwave in my room. The room very very clean. Everything was dusted and wiped down.

I loved that I found this hotel. I was in town for a military graduation and came across this hotel. The staff is great, and the restaurants around have great food and amazing customer service.

Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Booked a King suite. The pull out sofa had pine needles on the mattress which was turned upside down. The clerk on night shift brought a broom and dustpan to clean it off and when we turned the mattress over it was covered in what looked like blood stains. The hotel did not have another room that could accomodate us for the night and we had to sleep on top of the love seat sofa due to the mattress being filthy. Next day the housekeeper changed out mattress at our request and left all the dirty linens in a pile in the chair, not folded or changed out. The bathroom tub did not drain water, there are stains on the ceiling cracks on the walls etc. I asked 2 different people if we could get a credit for the first of the 3 nights and all told me they were not authorized to do so. A message was suppose to be given to the manager to speak with us, It has been 4 days and we still have not heard from her. I will not stay at a best western again.

Check in was good. Desk staff was friendly. However, the first night was horrible because the smoke alarm was pulled by someone and it stayed on for 20 minutes. Then the same night I was woken up by laughter and play at 2am, which was very upsetting to me. The next morning I asked for wash clothes and house keeping didn't want to give it to me. She rolled her eyes and gave it to me anyway. Also, our room didn't get cleaned out the that. I'm used to a clean room each day at the hotel but it didn't happened. Oh breakfast ends at 9am so when I went down at 9:15am everything was locked up. I wasn't aware of the time breakfast ends. Apparently others didn't either because it was several guests walking in the lobby looking r breakfast as well. Needless to say, next year when we come to visit Columbus for softball tournament we will not chose Best Western on Macon Rd.

Very friendly and courteous staff. If I went back to Columbus I would stay there again.

The staff was very helpful. However, the toilet did not work in our first room. We were moved to a 2nd room, and upon checking it, it had not been cleaned and had crumbling plaster covering the bathroom area. We weren't willing to take a chance on the 3rd room, so moved to a different hotel. Rooms were clean and updated, but plumbing issues need to be addressed. Staff did their best to accomodate us.
