The staff was very nice. They were very apologetic when one of our rooms was not cleaned just yet which was no big deal. It was finished by the time we got our luggage in. The hotel was very clean , quite,and comfortable. Lots of military families were staying. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Loved how close it was to the base. The breakfast was OMG so good.
Personable staff—always a nice touch to be addressed by name by staff when interacting outside of check in. Accommodated an early check in which allowed me to rest after long trip before the intended event

We stayed here twice now and had great experiences both times. If you have a soldier at Fort Benning and plan to attend a graduation I highly recommend this hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating even when we called to let them know we would be extremely late to check in.
It was clean, well-kept, and peaceful.
The location is great for access to Fort Benning. The room was spacious and the bathroom was big. We have stayed at many Hampton inns across the country, and the staff at this hotel was by far the worst. We asked for a light bulb to be fixed on day one and it never got fixed after four days. We had to ask for extra towels and wash cloths every day otherwise we didn't get any. One night there were 5 cars that had windows smashed and items stolen from the parking lot, luckily ours was not one of them. The next day I asked the front desk if they were going to have more police patrols and she said "If that would make you feel better." They did not seem concerned about the people staying there. When we go back in December we will not be staying at the Hampton Inn.
Staff was excellent! Cassie & Kensie were great. Along w/ all other staff. Was very clean.
It was all great. The staff were wonderful. Very helpfull, answered all our questions about getting around Columbus and Ft. Benning. Got us a later checkout time so we could visit the National Infantry Museum. The breakfast was great and we loved the pool. Plan on staying there again, the next time we come to town.

Very nice and helpful staff, Good Buffet style breakfast, Beds comfortable, Our room this last stay was Huge and very comfortable last time we stayed. We were in Columbus to pick up our grandson after his graduation from Basic Training at Fort Benning and the Hotel put up a THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE Board to put your Soldiers Name on, ours Chance Hillsman is on the bottom right side of the Board. I thought this was very thoughtful. Great location a bit off the beaten path yet close enough to everything. Well Done. Don and Teresa Hillsman
Nice location for graduation. I missed that it was a smoking room when I placed the order.
The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The outdoor pool was very well maintained and the continental breakfast was wonderful. If you're visiting the Infantry museum, you're in luck - you can walk there. My only issue was the bathroom in our room. Being a very petite person, I could not reach the shower head to adjust the spray and my sink was clogged (I did address with the staff). You will need transportation if you plan on visiting Columbus, but I can tell you - the Uber drivers we had (4 total) were all wonderful and affordable!! The hotel literature does not list Uber as an option for transportation and you can only get on the base with the taxi, however, for all else - download the Uber app!
Pro's: Great place to stay I. e., the staff at the front desk always helpful and smiled. My room (two queens) was large and spacious. Clean environment, well maintained. I was never concerned about cleanliness. Breakfast was enjoyable, the kitchen staff was very friendly like most southern people. Outside the facility was clean no trash and grass was cut. Con's: I wish the WiFi was premium packaged, because I had to re-resign on periodically. Provide more overhead cover at swimming pool it was hot in June. Suggestion: Offer cable television, instead of what you currently offer. Install a whirlpool in GYM area, it would great after a run or long day.
Staff was fantastic. Went out of their way to be helpful. Great location. Next to the National Infantry Museum. Attenden Army Graduation Ceremony next door.
