Checked in after 8pm and had to wait 30 minutes because there were no rooms available, even though i already paid for my room. Receptionist was very nice and I felt bad she seemed so overworked. The hotel seemed clean and looked like a nice facility, but I got bit by something in my room. I don't normally stay at Hilton hotels and I don't think I ever will again.

We were 15 minutes from the 3p check-in time. Of course NO rooms ready. Staff was not friendly or accommodating. Elevators were filthy. One towel in room, one coffee e pod and when asked they did not have any. Our commode did not work and had to call maintenance. We are honor members. The water was barely warm till am. Will not stay here again.

The hotel was good. Except there was no hand soap in the bathroom. We had to use the body wash from the shower to wash our hands. Every time we tried calling the front desk, nobody answered. Also, we lost power in all the rooms that evening for several hours, so no electricity and no air conditioning, very hard with young kids in the summer trying to sleep all sweaty. Also, their indoor pool was freezing.

I would give this property 0 stars if I could. I drove from Cleveland to Columbus for the state fair and tried checking into my room fairly on the later side. By then, there were several other people trying to check into their rooms as well, and we were all told that they were no longer serving guests due to them having no cleaning staff. You could imagine our frustration as all of the hotels in the area were booked that weekend. Terrible, terrible business.
