Had to wait for breakfast- staff didn’t show up. 3 people’s car got broken into, family from Nebraska- so they left a day early and so did we. Also room was not cleaned when we came back to room- no clean towels. Room very outdated unfortunately.

We’ve stayed here before if an event we go to every year in Columbus. However this time we found the heating unit to be really loud, the temperature in the room to be hard to regulate. There also weren’t enough Kleenex in the room. Just seemed to be a little less attention to detail.

Johnny was spectacular. We were able to check in early in order to be at our family Thanksgiving dinner on time. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. There were many good breakfast choices and the coffee was wonderful.

Entire place was spotless and clean. Excellent free breakfast buffet of fruit, oatmeal, quiche, waffles, sausage, muffin sandwiches, hard boiled eggs, muffins, yogurt and more. Room simple but tastefully decorated and very clean. Building was in like new condition. Close to freeway and convenient location. I will stay again.

The trash was taken out one time during my 4 day stay. I had to take my own trash to the vending area where trash was piled up. I only received fresh towels one day. I was unable to get a receipt as I was leaving because the computers were down. Still haven't received an email with the receipt as promised. This was a business trip so I will not be reimbursed until I receive the receipt.

Very disappointed. There are no luggage racks in the suites. Had to use coffee table and desk, which was way more inconvenient than storing rack in closet and setting it up. Not til I needed it did I discover there was no hair dryer, tho housekeeping brought one immediately. Glad we always pack alarm clock because there was none.
