I needed a late check in due to my flight into Atlanta. I called the hotel before my arrive to confirm that this was okay. I was told it was and that it would not be a problem upon my arrival. When I got to the hotel at 2:30 am, the staff that checked me in was very rude, not attentive at all based on my comments about my current journey. She indicated that I did not have a reservation. When I told her the situation she continued to give me an attitude and looked into the system and saw that someone had marked me as a "no show." I asked if it could be reversed, she did not comment and just kept clicking. She told me the price and pointed me to the credit card terminal. I was given my room key and that was it for the night. The room was clean and simple, just what I needed for the 3 hours of sleep that I was planning on getting before needing to check out.

Found twizers under my bed and a folding knife under the chair it looked like the rooms get a quick wipe down and make the bed.

Everything was fine until the next day when we were woken up and told someone would be coming in the room to clean the air conditioning. We were checking out in two hours but they said it couldn't wait. After they woke us up, no one ever came to clean it. I thought it was incredibly rude. Since I was awake I went downstairs to try the coffee that was empty and I heard the manager scolding an employee, saying she didn't care what it took, all the rooms in the third floor need to be cleaned immediately. Then the manager left the hotel.
When i first checked into the hotel the room i got had the smoke detector hanging from the ceiling above the bed. When i inquired about it at the front desk i asked for another room. The desk clerk was very nice about it and when i went to go to the second room the room had not even been cleaned. The bed was slept in as the sheets were messy, there was trash in the bathroom and in the kitchenette. After this i went back to the front desk and asked for a full refund as i was not doing to be staying at this hotel. Im not one to complain usually but this was just a mess and i refused to stay at a hotel where both times the rooms were not satisfactory or clean.
The staff is rude and the rooms are dirty. Tje light/fan in thr bathroom was so loud that i jad to use a lamp from the room instead There is NO kitchenware in the rooms, not so much as a glass. The continental breakfast that tbey advertise is coffee full of grounds and a granola bar if they remember to put them out. The staff was beyond rude.
