This hotel was wonderful. They had friendly staff and clean rooms. The halls were quiet and clean as well. When ever I needed anything the hotel staff was right there to assist me. The hotel is right near every good place you could imagine. I greatly enjoyed my stay and will be back very soon.
The desk person give me and my wife and kids a room that was pets in there smell likes animals I asked her if there a different room she lien saying that was the only rroom available I told her are sure I have litter kids for a room that smell like dogs cats she sayid no this the only room we have available she said I can give you some air fresh so u can spry the room I said ok because my kids were so tired and the another hotel were sold out. Then when we went to the room the AC is not working was room 104. Then I told my older son go tell the lady the the AC is not working she told my son to unplug then plug agin we try didn't work I told my son go tell the lady the wall plug is burn looks like been on fire then she gave us a different room 111 why would she lien in the beginning saying there's no more room there's was more room why she gave me with wife and kids a pet room with a fire wall plug. Is she racist she don't like us she hate my kinda so put my kids my wife and me and a danger room my kids can get sick with the strong stink room and a wall plug burn. This really a humiliating I rally felt bad for my kids and wife this is not right.
I stayed here for few days. Room is quite ok. Normal TV with few channels. You will find some random hair all along of may be previous guests. Kitchen is available but you need to again request for utensils. Bed is quite small. Most worst part is internet. Its so bad that you can't even open pages. You have to upgrade speed of 2mbps around by paying $4 / day. If you are visiting on a business purposes this stay will give you very bad experience. Rest all are ok. If you don't need internet at all then this stay would be fine
Spent 4 days here for Ohio Buckeye baseball tournament. The sleeper sofa as awefull and needs to have the mattress replaced. No ice machine and grab and go breakfast is horrible. But overall good stay
There were absolutely too many ants for this to be a brand of quality hotels. My little sister woke up screaming because there were so many ants all over our stuff. We woke up & got our things & checked out without even risking brushing our teeth! Beds were very uncomfortable, didn't feel like a fresh hotel. Very dissatisfied, ESPECIALLY for it to be a holiday weekend (4th of July) when may families travel out of town, they should've had great rooms & Service available!!!!!!!!
Reservations process and extended rewards discount made for a cost conscious stay. Decent for the price. Very friendly staff. It was a goodnight of rest. I was ready for meetings the next morning. Very accommodating with late check out so I could enjoy a nice quiet lunch break in the kitchenette before heading back to an intense afternoon of work.
The only pet friendly hotel in Easton area that doesn't charge $100 for pet for one night that's why I stayed here. The room looked like it had new carpet and drapes but it did not have shampoo, or dishes and it had a very bad smell. The bed was very hard the only thing that saved me was I was exhausted and one of the three pillows was comfortable the sheets and towels smelled clean thank goodness.
Clean room and great customer service! Stephanie at the desk is absolutely amazing! I love that it's close to Easton and accessible to shopping and restaurants. I couldn't have been more happy with my stay.
My husband and I stayed for a weekend. The hotel was clean and the staff was great. Stephanie at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She made sure that we had a great stay. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Columbus area.
Fair price, near the airport and convention centers. Clean well furnished rooms, all the accomedations and more. Friendly, engaging staff - I forgot my lap top charger in my room, called in, and they had it wrapped and waiting for me - much appreciated!
