Unacceptable

Three attempts at three different rooms. Floors were not clean. Drink glass rings on furniture ( i was able to remove by wiping). Fecal matter on bathroom wall n door frame. Long hairs on bed linen. The odor of Marijuana. Floors were not swept. Slept in own clothing due to time of evening then checked out the next morning.

I had low expectations when i booked it because it was cheap, but i feel like no matter the price there is a minimal bar that all hotels should be required to meet. Clean and good housekeeping should be standard. I expected to smell smoke at some point since the facility had smoking rooms, but the cigarette and Marijuana smeel throughout the place, including my non-smoking room was almost overwhelming. The window in my room wouldn't close all the way so i was stuck with being able to hear the main interstate and all of the loud parking lot activities plain as day. I got woke up 2 of the 3 nights be people fighting in the parking lot. I am a very large man who always carries protection, so its rare that i feel unsafe, but be aware that this facility isn't in the greatest of neighborhoods and is full of shady characters and my door didn't latch behind me. I had to push it shut to make sure it latched. Overall the stay just wasn't very good, housekeeping was dismal at best, maintenance was nonexistent, and i can certainly see where people would feel rather unsafe staying here. I travel to Columbus for work quite often and don't plan on wver returning here again. You can find a much better stay elsewhere for very similar pricing

A group of 4 ppl arguing so loud @ 7AM in the parking lot like they were home in the projects. Ice machine broken, bugs on the ceiling, stained comforter. This place seems to have many permanent residents.

Dirty!

Let’s just say I should’ve read the reviews before booking this hotel. Dirty, is an understatement! Not that I would’ve been comfortable in eating it in the first place, but there was supposed to be breakfast and there was none. I don’t think they ever cleaned any of the windows or glass doors. The rooms were dirty. There were dirty towels left in the bathroom. It was just all round disgusting if it weren’t for the location and unavailability of other hotels, I would not have stayed there.

I visited in August and chose this hotel because the website said they have a pool and free breakfast. The pools closed and they did not have any breakfast. They gave me $5 discount for the pool being closed.

Not great and questionably clean.

The building its self was decent. Some minor paint chips and stains on the hallway carpet, but nothing major. The staff interactions were neutral, nothing that stood out. The pool was closed, but no reason was given or posted anywhere so that was a bummer for our child. The room itself was spacious, but not the cleanest. There was urine in the toilet and the bathroom smelled of it. The sink had hair on it, and there was no hand soap only shampoo. The bathtub and curtain had black stains and the bathroom walls were covered in random black, brown, and red stains. The beds were soft, but the frames appears to be broken and bolted to a secondary frame to hold them up. It was not clear if the linens had been changed out or not. They were also ripped along the hems and one had dirt marks/stains on it. For one night we dealt with it, but had our stay been longer we would have found a new hotel.
