Southern Orchards is an established neighborhood located on the near south side of Columbus, Ohio, immediately southeast of downtown. It is the 23rd most walkable neighborhood in Columbus with a population of 3,538 residents as of the date of my last training data in September 2021. The neighborhood is known for its ongoing revitalization and beautification, largely driven by the Nationwide Children's Hospital and a renewed interest in urban living in the city's core.
