With a native plant garden, second story deck, and koi pond, and a charming warm wood interior, this home has so much to offer. Located in the heart of Clintonville, we are walking distance from local shops and restaurants.
A two-story home just 6 minutes north of The Ohio State University. Three bedrooms all on the 2nd floor leave you with a wonderful entry level great for enjoying time alone, family, or friends. An office off the kitchen gives you some space to work or relax with great views of the back yard. An unfinished basement gives you plenty of room for doing laundry, some light workouts, or a creative space.
The backyard is fully fenced and includes a small pond with koi fish. Plenty of room to let your pet enjoy or to just sit and enjoy the scenery.
20 minutes, from the zoo and 15 minutes from the Columbus Center of Science and Industry, and 15-20 minutes from 2 separate great malls gives you loads to do in your free time.
