The shower did not operate. The handle and the screw and the faucet stem were unusable. We were in town for a funeral and had no time to have somebody repair it so we took a sponge-bath in the ice bucket using a washcloth and the tiny bar of soap
My room was nice and clean. No issues there. The staff was polite. My room was right at the top of the steps and the top step was quite creaky so that was mildly annoying through the night. The continental breakfast is laughable, literally 3 mini muffins of 3 different varieties, 4 glazed doughnuts, a couple cereal choices, and another pastry. Not the most wonderful experience, but also not the worst.
Front desk was very nice and accommodating. I had my pup, so we stayed in a pet room, but it was still clean and I felt safe there. It was by a highway, so it was a little noisy, but I would stay there again.
I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. The room was dirty. Very dirty. Looked like grease stains in the carpet. The mattress cover was dirty and the bed spread had cigarette burns and ink on it. The toilet didn't want to flush. We actually left a work shirt there, went back 6 hours later an no one had turned it in. the breakfast was a joke. There's a lot of hotels in the area, just stay somewhere else.

Needed a place to stay near Columbus at the last minute for the columbus marathon the next morning. Easy quick drive thru check in. At night we went to bed early. I could hear the neighbors outside but they went inside before 10 so no complaints good place for a stay for a night, and that's all we needed out of it.
Our room was clean and stocked with towels and soap. Not fancy but adequate for an overnight stay. The staff was very cordial and the breakfast was good. Thank you.

When used the drive up window to check in, which was nice. It was really cold and rainy out that night. The lady was very nice, always had a smile. We got to our room, everything looked very clean, and it was warm. I found out right away, the tv remote did not work. I called the office, within 10 minutes the nice lady from the office had brought us another remote in the cold pouring down rain. Still, a smile on her face. I was impressed.
