Stayed there for the night on trip to Augusta Ga for Masters. Front desk staff was very friendly, helpful, and local information knowledgeable. Room didn't have visible dirt, but it didn't look clean. Bathroom was extremely small and again no visible dirt but didn't appear clean. Left early in the morning to head south and the front door /Lobby was locked with no way to get the coffee we were told to enjoy. Overall it was satisfactory due to there were no expectations of anything else.

We stayed here as a quick overnight trip for our wedding night. My husband left his ring in the room and the staff refused to return the ring. The general manager wasn't on site and refused to come back to give us our ring. Most frustrating service on the planet. We have had to file complaint with their corporate office and had to call them to force the general manager to return to address this issue. It shouldn't have been this complicated ehen i called ahead and explained the dilemma at 10 am and asked them to keep it at desk for us to pick it up.

no hot water for the showers, the sink was clogged up with hair toilet dirty no microwave or fridge room was small ...pictures are real deceiving

The stay was good I will come back an wood tell some our elf

Housekeeping is lousy. The room was not very clean and when housekeeping did come they did an awful job. No lotion, soap,or shampoo was left. Not even a bag to get ice with.

Hotel has debris on the floor no no towels on either of the rooms also note coffee pot although the hotel stated that there was one in the rooms issue at the check-in wanted busted double pay

I wasn't expecting anything special for a 2.4 star rated motel but I did expect more than what awaited us. Booked online and arrived to find the office locked up as the only employee working was "out" assisting another guest. Once she returned the check-in process was quick and she was very friendly. Driving to our room at the back of the motel was the first indicator that something was not right. Several cars in the parking lot with people sitting in them. Drug activity no doubt and we watched a prostitute visiting one of the rooms. Once inside our non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. The room was worn down and the linens were stained. You could see the black slime growing in the sink drain. The bathroom door did not lock but my daughter closed it and was unable to get out. It took us nearly five minutes of wiggling the knob to get her out. The tv was grainy and got very few channels. Tried to call the front desk five times to get the wifi password for the advertised "free" wifi. No one ever answered the phone. No hair dryer in the room and none at the front desk to use. If that weren't enough, while bringing in some personal items from the car we see security rushing to a room and start pounding on the door to open up and leave or the police are going to be called. Shortly after the police did arrive. That was the safest we felt all night. Slept with one eye open all night. Morning could not come soon enough. Red Roof should be embarrassed.

We weren't happy with the first room and they let us upgrade for no additional money. Very friendly worker. Clean and comfortable beds.

Would never stay in this place , even pay for two days and I was only 1 day did not taste anything , and lost money because the reservation was for 2 days and could not cancel to reimburse me that day , not I stayed.

The door key never worked. Took attendant 5 minutes to unlock the door but key never worked. Large loud group of people drinking outside until after 4am. Cops only came once and they were back yelling 10 minutes later. Beer wad poured on our van from the 2nd floor. No knob to change temp control on the air conditioning. This was a very bad experience and I'll never go back to this place.

From the shabby parking lot to the dirty bedspread (sheets and towels were clean), dirty carpet, and floorboards in the bathroom oozing water around the base of the toilet, this was not a nice place to stay. We will not be back and do not recommend for anyone else.

First off . We got there and then the key didn't work . I specifically asked for a handicap room because my husband is a big man and we needed a big bed. The room we entered was given away. Then they gave us a new room and we settled in and then we had to leave because that room was also taken . It was 90 degrees outside with a humidity that was out of this world . We waited outside 45 minutes before the lady gave us a new room in which she gave us two double beds and said I upgraded you guys . Excuse me , upgrade ? Not at all. I was so upset with this hotel . I will never return or ever recommend anyone to stay here and they had roaches. Beware . The ac stopped working and the lights were randomly cutting on and off

This was a pretty good motel with nicerooms and staff, but walls are thin and noise is an issue for any lite sleepers but overall, cheaper than most other red roof inns.

Horrible!!! Staff needs to get nee jobs cause hotel courtesy isnt right for them.

Red Roof Inns has usually proven to be an economical traveling experience...however, on this particular visit it was not the case! As I was packing to leave the motel, I noticed that someone had slashed a 3 inch hole in my convertible top. Last visit to this RR!

This was the worst motel ever. I would give it negative rating if I could. The room next door window was boarded up. Room was filthy, smelly. We got no further than the door and left. Overflowing dumpsters were right outside the room. Very bad area with unsafe parking lot. Wish I could get our money back since we didn't even walk in the room.

The owners spent most of their money on buying new TVs: everything else was from the 1990s. Walls, sink, and carpet were dirty. You will definitely get what you pay for.

It was overall a very good stay. I would recommend this hotel to others. the staff were nice and pleasant.

It's much like a motel but the furniture is new and you can smell the new carpet the moment you walk in. I think the bathroom was small, and the TV didn't have a great selection of channels. you Def need a car to get to downtown Columbia, But with a car it's literally about a 7 minute highway drive. If your not big on luxury this is a nice place to spend the night.
