The floors were dirty. The sheets and comforter was stained. And our fitted sheet was taped up to cover up a hole in it. The tub was disgusting and the shower had absolutely no water pressure. The top piece to the toilet was cracked. We asked for clean towels wash cloths our last day there and they couldn’t bring us any until after 11 when housekeeping showed up and when we finally got some brought to our door they said “sorry this is all we have” and gave us 2 towels no wash cloths.

Shower faucet leaked. Door made noises at night. Overall a decent deal for the price but somewhat disappointing.

My checkout time was noon. At 11:30, the manager tried to open the door and said I needed to leave because checkout was 11:00. She was very rude and unprofessional. She had zero interest in my email from Orbitz that stated that checkout was noon. Absolutely possible the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

The room was clean, though all the towels were stained, the toilet ran, and I had trouble getting the electronic key to work in the slot. The room was quite and conveniently located. The fridge worked well, as did the television. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was okay. The two beds in my room were not neatly made up.

Didn't expect much but would like to have had the floor not have something red & sticky from one end of the room to another that was very much visible to the eye. Made us wonder if the room had been cleaned at all.

Fast check in. Rooms were clean and newly updated. Great deal for the price. Will make future stays here.

The bedcover had holes of cigarettes and the pillow covers was dirty, the carpert old and patched.

Our first room, the door had been jimmied and the fridge did't work. We were given another roombut it wasn't much better.

The motel didn't cost much so I didn't expect much for the price. During check in the lobby had several empty flat screen tv boxes piled up. I was hopeful at that point. On the outside the stairway still had masking tape on the stairs from previous stain job. The problem was the stain job didn't even look to be recent. On our way to the room we came across a resident BBQ'ing on the motel sidewalk. To each their own I guess. The room was clean, I think. The sink faucet was loose and coming off the counter. The room had an old style TV and the remote didn't work. Won't be staying there again even if it the last room in the city.

excellent value for money. nothing fancy, good bed and plenty of hot water

The hotel staff was friendly but trying to connect to the WIFI is a hassle. Once you are finally connected it is extremely slow. Also, I asked for a non-smoking room, but the room clearly smelled of smoke. Stay only if you're on a budget.

I have stayed here many times and will again, as long as it stays the same. The rooms are always clean. The carpet could be updated but it is clean. Wish the coffee pot in the room was larger. The staff is always super friendly and has helped any time I asked. The towels are of good size and appear to be fairly new, always WHITE. This motel/hotel is one of the few remaining that actually has parking outside your door which makes it very convenient being disabled. It's not a "plush" 150.00 per night room, but great for my needs.

Average/ordinary. Nothing special. The location was pretty nice.

It may not be the fanciest hotel, it is clean and easy to get to. I've stayed there numerous times and will again.
