Hotel overall was not clean. No trash can in room.

Hotel was VERY DIRTY. Carpet in Lobby was stained and gross. The tiles were miss matched and appeared dirty. Elevator was dirty, hall way smelled. Room as neat but chair was very dirty. I instructed my children NOT TO SIT IN IT. There was a drywall patch on the wall. The TUB was FILTHY. I instructed my children NO BODY IS ALLOWED TO TAKE A SHOWER. We were in town for the SC Game. Had we planned to spend more time in the Hotel I would have demaned a new room or my money back. I had no time for either. We only slept in the room and left early in the morning.

This is an older hotel so the furniture was dated, one tv did not work- but they moved us. Beds were clean, but not very comfortable mattress. The staff was hard-working and pleasant. For the price for an overnight I would recommend it, but know it is older.

We were less than impressed with this establishment. I had asked for two beds and received a king....We had four people in our party. I asked for more towels seeing as how we had four people and was given a stare and then "there should be plenty of towels in your room". I asked for cots so we wouldn't all have to cram into a king bed....Those never appeared. The room itself had things broken (mirror, TV didn't work, main light didnt work). The pool and breakfast were mediocre. We will not be staying here again or recommending it to anyone.

I booked this hotel because it had a pool ( we were traveling with kids and needed to keep them busy), when I checked in I was informed he pool was not working and hasn't been for quite sometime. When we finally got up to our room there were no towels the room was very outdated along with the rest of the hotel. Let's just say the pictures don't match the reality. While down in the lobby/breakfast/lounge area I was working on a project and a roach crawled across the couch! Not to mention the few others I saw after that. Every guest that checked in around the same time had horrible experiences as well. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. If the rest of the hotels in the area would of had an available room I never would of stayed here.

View stinks, cannot get in or out of lot, noisy, old building with older bathrooms.

I immediate noticed the room was not clean. There was trash in the one small trash can, stuffed smeared on the bathroom wall, old food in the refrigerator and broken glass between the bed and nightstand.I called the front desk, they were fully booked and could not move us ,she offered to try to get hk to come back in but we declined due to it being so late. The next morning I stopped by the front desk and reminded them of the issues. She even wrote them down and said that she would give them to hk. We were gone from 8am to 9pm. When we returned I immediately noticed that the trash can was now overflowing and was sitting in the middle of the room. They had taken the old food out of the refrigerator and put it in the trash can, making the whole room smell. A hand towel had been thrown over the glass and all the towels and washcloths had been removed from the bathroom. The front desk apologized and gave me new stuff for the bathroom. There were 3 other people also getting supplies that went missing from their rooms. We got woken up at 12 pm by hk who was cleaning the room across from us. They were extremely loud & unprofessional. Hk and general maintenance are huge issues with this hotel. Missing furniture in the rooms, broken door frames, missing closet doors, torn curtains and dirty shower curtains were just a few of the issues. They had rigged the AC so that it would not stay on even in the fan mode and the TV was unwatchable.

We stayed here to atrend the Fort Jackson graduation ceremony. The motel is a good location, with plenty of restaurants located near by. About 15 min from airport, and 10 min from Fort Jackson, that was the best perk. As far as the motel goes it is a little run down. It does look as though the owners are doing some remodeling. The bed was comfortable, the a/c was awesome, but the other furniture was very worn. We did have the smoke alarms go off once during our stay, the fire department was there in less than 5 min., inspected and gave the all clear. I was very impressed with that timeliness, and professionalism of the fire department and motel staff, toward personal safety. For our purpose it was the need for a bed, shower, a/c, and location which we received.

Since my last stay in March of this year, this hotel went downhill fast. Don't know if it's because of their remodeling but I'll give it a doubt. There still is no channel guide to what channels they have.the ac was leaking bad-the carpet was soaked and the bathrooms faucets were dripping a lot. Breakfast is still great but had to wait 20 min for eggs and sausage at 8am since there were none. I'm really thinking about looking for another hotel when I come through again.

It was a simple stay, sleep, stay, sleep. Clean, a lil older, but fine for what we needed.

This hotel was horrible!! The furniture was either ripped or chipped. The hallway was filthy, the pool was dirty and had cigarette butts around it. The bathroom door separated when closed and my kids for stuck and the staff was not helpful! The room was missing a micorwave and had an iron board but no iron. The outside windows were dirty and hotel smells!! Don't stay here!!

My initial room was a disaster. Bed was unmade and there were cigarettes bodies that were put out on the nightstand. We asked for another room and they moved us to a room that had a water leak that was seeping through the carpet, the dry wall behind the toilet was unfinished, and we did not have any pillows or even a shower curtain! I will never stay at this hotel again!!! I do not recommend.

The shower don't work. Can't turn it on. Was charged more then quoted when reserving the room.staff not that friendly or helpful. The good part is the location is great. Thank god it was only for a night or I would have checked out very quickly

Enjoyed it! We had a really good time. It was nice and close to my son Basic Training Center. The stay was very comfortable. It was a clear view and close to restaurants. The staff was awesome and took care of everything. We had a wonderful stay! Thank You!

The lady at the front desk was really nice and accommodating. The rooms was very spacious. I had my 1 yr old son and he was able to run around in the room. We went to the pool which was ok. another family with kids were kind of hogging it. The breakfast was also decent and the only hotel i went to that served scrambled eggs. Overall it was very convenient to everything especially to restaurants.

For the money. This hotel was very dirty. The floors was not vacuumed. THe bathroom was dirty and I paid extra for the expensive room with two king size beds

Always fabulous...the suite's are worth the upgrade

The night staff was ok. Room was very big and spacious. Those beds were huge!!!!!

Hey, my stay at the days in was great. The staff service was great and everything else. I loved the in door pool and breakfast.

Hotel and staff are great ...spend the extra 10 dollars on the suite..its worth:D
