I arrived early afternoon, the lady at the desk was very friendly and made a conservation with me about my travel. Also made recommendations for getting a good massage. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable. No complaints
the beds were uncomfortable and there was a strong smell of dirt and mould at this place the showers were not safe and the place needs updating scruffy and old fashioned and you will not want to go here go elsewhere
we started out with Jennifer and ended with Jennifer. this young lady was extremely nice and pleasant. our room was very clean. I left my nebulizer, and have worked closely with Jennifer to get that piece of equipment sent to me, I am totally confident that she will make it happen.
The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful, but other than that, the hotel was kind of a dump. I was looking forward to spending a little time in the pool shown in the website, but it was empty. Loud bass music kept me up one night. The room also smelled vaguely of marijuana deals previously must have occurred here. The place served it's purpose, and if there was literally nowhere else to stay, I could stomach another night, but that isn't really what one looks for in a hotel.
The staff was friendly and the overall state of the room could use new flooring, and the tub/shower surround should be repaired or replaced. The free breakfast was adequate. I would recommend this motel with a caveat about the carpeting in the pet rooms.
Have stayed in this place several times on quick business trips to town and have to say it is time for some major updates, cleaning and renovations. Loud are close to the highway and seems like each time I have stayed I have been woken up by emergency vehicles close by at all hours of the night. Seems like a pretty rough area. Easy in and out from the highway but needs more updating and cleaning before I can stay again. But I guess you do get what you pay for!
You get what you pay for. This isn't a super nice hotel but for the price, you'll get a big, clean, and cool room, a decent bed, plenty of parking, and a small breakfast. Aesthetically it leaves some things to be desired, but for a long weekend stay, we found the place just fine (especially the Waffle House practically in the parking lot!!). Didn't have any issues of noise or "drug activity" as some people are suggesting. Took Ubers downtown for less than 8 bucks a trip.
The office person should have noticed drug activity all night long vehicles pulling up front of room slamming doors going into the same room and leaving right away people parking on back side of building and walking to the same door and leaving pretty disturbing , bed sheets don't fit beds ,can't watch TV someone locked all the channels we called the front desk and she basically said she don't know and hung up they also said they were full and 90% were not full the first room we got was still dirty not even cleans at all garbage were full bed slept in will never stay here again will pay the same price for a better place this place sucks don't stay here terrible no sleep from the drug activity
I needed a room that was close to my daughters apartment for Family Weekend at the college. I needed a bed and this hotel fit the bill. While the shower left much to be desired, I am 5'4" and had to duck to wash my hair, and the bed want very comfortable. I do have to give the hotel credit for being very responsive to a maintenance need. The deadbolt on the door would not latch, and the front desk immediately sent the maintenance guy to fix it. You could hear the highway from the room I was in as well, but I had no problems falling asleep. The pool was very clean.
The room had a strong mold smell. I am seriously considering calling the health department. Breathing in mold all night cannot be healthy. Prostitutes in the lobby, as confirmed by the hotel staff. Shady characters in the parking lot. Dirty towels. Do I need to go on. You'd be better off sleeping in your car. Avoid at all costs.
