Disliked: Cleanliness
Upon arrival, the outside garbages were overflowed and torn apart by animals with a stench that made your eyes water. Inside was cute and quaint upon first inspection. After getting things put away we started to notice a lot wrong with the place, first the pictures on the site are not updated, they switched all of the rooms around, the floors were not cleaned, the carpets had I think what looked like old chewing gum stuck to them, there was mold in the cabinets with the cups in them as well as mold in the master bathroom shower on the ceiling. We found dead roaches on the countertop as well as roach spray under the sink so I’m assuming the owners are aware. There were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher that smelled terrible and they have the previous owners signs and information plastered throughout the house. The only reason I bring that up, is that I saw that they had a sign that if you needed an extra day and it wasn’t booked already, it would be given at 50% off. I called the number, disconnected, called the number on the fridge and it was the previous owner to which they gave me Casago’s phone number. He could not give me info as to of why the previous owner’s info is all over the house as well as could not honor the 50% off, which yeah I get but why have the signs up all over the house? I would not recommend until they make some changes around there. If it was cleaned, had no mold and didn’t make us start the cleaning it would have been okay.
