It was a nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I enjoyed staying there.

I thought I was going for a better hotel add it had a 2 1/2 star rating. The room was upstairs and then through a door to rooms 201a and 202b. Strange setup to say the least. At $66.01 it was a great buy for what I expected, less than wonderful for what I got.

Little expensive for age of hotel but clean And I hate being forced to review and have what I must put

Not a great location for a female traveling alone. Was convenient and cheap for me for where my conference was. Staff was very friendly. Wifi did not work during my stay.

Very clean room, nice staff and great value for the money.

Arriving late at night to find there was a shooting (double homicide and suicide) 2 doors down was affirmation that the hotel was on the 'wrong side of the tracks'. Avoid this location at all costs unless you enjoy the 'seedier' side of life. Online photos look nothing like the actual location. Orbitz was helpful in retrieving almost all of our up-front money, but the hotel would not issue a full refund.

The hotel was clean and well kept, with helpful service at the front desk. Very easy to get to and location was not bad. the breakfast was also good for the price.

We've stayed at this Roadway before. It's got a great location for us: near Bristol Brewing & Edelwiess German restaurant. The staff is very helpful. The facility is older and can use some more maintenance. The neighborhood is a bit rough at night and I would not recommend wandering around by yourself. But, it worked for us.

Compared with other hotels at a similar price, this was well below average. Staff were friendly. Location was noisy. bathroom was just OK.

When i first arrived there, the visit was ok, the tv in my room did not have sound when turning on KRDO TV channel 13. The next day was a nice day, but a day to use the pool, however, thew pool was not operational. At night, i had alot of yelling and talking from my side of the motel. The next day, Sunday, when i was checking out, the motel staff decided to open the pool, after my stay, when i wanted to use it for my stay. The room did not have a fridge, iron or iron board, which most motels now offer. The staff was great however, from when i got there, the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and courteous, and i enjoyed talking with him between customers. Over all i give this motel a 75 out of 100: C.

Great value with VERY helpful and friendly staff. It is a super location to visit Bristol Brewing and Edelweiss German Restaurant. The property is older and a bit frayed, but it was clean with a good heater.

this hotel was the most scariest place for my whole family we had no sleep due to us being scared to death of the location i would never go back
