Check in was a bit rough. The directions to open the door could have been more clear. Another guest helped us. There were a few things in the room that needed attention. The shelf on the wall in the bathroom was falling out of the wall and the towels fell into the toilet. The tv didn't work and one of the buttons on the front was pushed in. The room was open and clean. We appreciated the open bright feeling.
