(Monthly rental Welcome DM for special price) You are instantly welcomed when you walk through the door.  The duplex has a great view of the Pikes Peak sunset, and centrally located to many places.  It’s nestled in a nice neighborhood 9 miles north of downtown Colorado Spring, 5 minutes from the Air Force Academy, and 40 minutes away from the Denver Tech Center.  I-25, Academy Blvd, and Woodmen Rd are all super close which makes for easy access and the ability to quickly get around the city.  A plethora of shopping and dining are just a stones throw away.  Parking is not an issue as there are plenty of parking and an 8ft high garage door which makes room for your pickup truck.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

We really enjoyed our stay. This property is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes to a lot of things from Garden of the Gods, parks and the Air Force Academy. Easy to get to stores nearby such as Sam’s club, Costco, Walmart and King Soopers. The owners were very polite and quickly responded to any questions. We look forward to traveling back to the Springs again in the future.
