Staff was very sweet, didn't make up for housekeeping never entering the room in 4 days to clean trash or even give towels. Had to get towels from pool. Asked for them to come 2 times during stay and never happened. Second to last day air conditioner broke and floor soaking wet. Couldn't do anything to assist as we prepaid. Never again

Positive: Staff are wonderful and friendly. Reasonable price. Negative: Breakfast not so good. Rooms and common area are not that clean. It's a pet friendly hotel, its good for people with pet, But not like me who's allergic to pets. I didn't know until I was there that all their room have been lived with pets, so my stay there was not as pleasant. The toilet we have does not flush good. I sometime smell pet odors since our room is located in the corner of first floor. They tried to keep it clean but theirs and odor residual.

Nice touch of mints at the front door after long ride. Very comfortable beds, new and clean . The screen saver on the T.V. of the full moon over the relaxing waves was just enough a night light and serenity to lull us to sleep. Only missed having a protein of sausage or bacon at the free breakfast.

Nice hotel with a good breakfast area. Just wish that they would have a little different variety of items each day instead of the same offering everyday.

While this may be just a regular off-the-highway-chain hotel, it does have a quiet garden/pool sanctuary on site that made my stay memorable. That said, no scrambled eggs for breakfast just nasty hard-boiled :(

No microwave or refrigerator in room. Was told by the clerk that most discounted room do not have them.

Clean. good staff. An easy walk to World Arena I would stay there again if I go to anything else at the World Arena.

Pleasant room. Liked the wall pictures - better than non-descript flowers or angles. Breakfast was okay. Coffee in breakfast room was bad. Room coffee okay. Location was convenient to leaving early and riding the Royal Gorge Train on the 9:30 in Canon City.

The directions (see below) at 719-527-4788 are lacking. S. Circle is labeled as Circle on exit 138 signage on I25. After exiting at 138, you must then take Lake, West to Cheyenne due to a renaming a part of Circle. Their inadequate instructions: Directions / The La Quinta Inn and Suites are located at 2750 Geyser Drive. From I-25 take exit 138 S.-Circle Dr. W. Turn Left on Cheyenne Mountain Blvd., then turn left on Geyser Dr

The adjacent rooms were very noisy because of their dog barking constantly.

There was ample parking and the hotel was close to stores and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and the employees were extremely polite and helpful. The atmosphere inside the hotel was friendly and visitor information was readily available. The breakfast bar was great. All in all a great experience. We will return.

Great location very good value and overall experience. Only complaint in one washing machine and the dryer was out of order making it difficult to for families to launder lacrosse uniforms.

I stay here at least once a week for business.. I really like the location it's easy on and easy off the freeway.. The restaurants across the street are great and in walking distance..

Free parking at this hotel which is great because there are so many attractions in Colorado Springs that are driving distance. The room was clean, the staff was accommodating, the complimentary breakfast was decent. Great value for the amount paid!

It was fine. I would stay again. Restaurants nearby. Shopping real close.

We were expecting to stay only for one night, but as our plans changed, and we needed another night on a busy weekend, the manager, Monica Marquez, accommodated us and made another night possible. When we return, we will definitely stay here again.

We were in Colorado Springs for our sons return from Afghanistan. Had a great room, wonderful location, and brought our service dog in training and found them to be very pet friendly.

The bed was worn and not comfortable mattress was sunk in the middle

Thank you, clean and friendly hotel... just GREAT!

We stayed here a week to visit a newborn granddaughter and her family. They live on the north side of CO Springs and our daily trip to visit took less than 10 minutes - nothing is far away in Co Springs so the location is excellent with easy access to I-25, the main north-south corridor. We had a two queen sized bedroom, spacious and nicely appointed. Large bathroom, adequate closet space. The room was clean when we arrived and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping it that way. The complimentary breakfast was very nice (waffles, boiled eggs, all kinds of pastry, yogurt, fruit, cold cereal, coffee, juice, etc.). The breakfast area was kept very clean. The front desk staff was very helpful, friendly and assisted us in every way. We stayed an extra and the rate for the extra night was almost $10 more than the rate we got through Orbiz. We visit CO Springs and Golden, CO several times each year. We will definitely stay here on future trips. We usually stay at a chain considered more "upscale" but found our experience here similar and much better rates. We saved a little over $200 compared to the rates quoted for our usual hotel. Some reviews panned this hotel and I was a little reluctant to book the room. We are very glad did and pleasantly surprised at how nice this facility is and how nice the staff treated us.
