Late check in. Sheets wouldn't stay on the bed. Mediocre service. Bleh.

I have traveled all over the west. Most all of the motels I stayed at were around 100.00 and all of them provided a free breakfast. So this Marriott charges 142.00 a night and no free breakfast. It was a long walk to the room and not enough baggage carts for me or 5 other guests. The elevator I used had a dirty towel thrown in the corner. I used the elevator for 5 times and it was still there the dirty towel that is the next morning. I wouldn't stay at another Marriott motel again. And will tell my friends of the experience.

Great staff and pleasant stay, fresh baked cookies daily was a nice touch

Recently stayed here, had to use pull out bed, had no blanket called to get one told they had none. They brought me some rough and stiff sheet. Decided to take the duvet off the actual bed only to find it heavily covered in stains! Pulled back beds sheets and they had hair all over them, stains and dead bugs. I was mortified by this. I had 4 hours till I had to be up, so I decided not to sleep. I will never stay at this property again!

Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable and while we didn't use them, it was nice to know we had a large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, glasses/dishes, and cooking pans. Bed was also very comfortable. My only complaint was that our room faced east and there is a railroad track that runs a couple hundred feet from the hotel. It didn't bother my sleep much, but a train rolled by probably a half dozen times during the evening. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend a room on the west side.

I was in town for an overnight before a medical procedure. The hotel staff was welcoming, and I was very pleased with quality of the furnishings and amenities. My only complaint was the air temperature. I tried to adjust the setting without success, and I was cold all night. I used the blanket provided in the closet and was thankful to have a heavy coat to put on top of the blanket. I feel silly now that I didn't contact the desk for another blanket and/or temperature adjustment, but I wasn't feeling well. I will plan to stay at this hotel if I return to Colorado Springs.

Breakfast was just ok staff at breakfast not friendly

The dinner & hot breakfast were nice surprises (even had made to order omelets!). The room was roomy w/kitchenette. The only negative can't be fixed....the train right outside the window on our side. It only woke us up once but it was a negative. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and very functional.

We had a great stay. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. Ice maker in fridge. Good extended stay hotel. Staff was excellent!

Excellent customer service in all areas, from front desk persons, housekeepers and dining room staff...all very friendly and welcoming. Room and kitchenette very well - appointed.

We arrived late and were greeted by the front desk staff with a smile. The room was very spacious and had a fantastic view of the mountains. Would definitely stay here again.

Very warm and comfortable! The beds are very clean.

It was a nice hotel by itself but advertised it as to having a heated swimming pool and a playground. Its swimming pool was closed seeing it was a seasonal pool and the play ground well, there is not one. I am very unhappy over this.

This was a fantastic hotel for our week long stay. It was us and another couple that met there, so the location was great. Restaurants were just a short drive away. Friendly staff and the rooms had a full kitchen. We utilized the continental breakfast every day and the evening social hour was sometimes our light supper because it was hors d'oevres and soup!

Stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms have a full kitchen, fully stocked down to silverware, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, and cooking utensils. Made it very easy for me to reheat food and such. The hotel was relatively quiet and the staff were pleasant. Overall, nothing fancy but clean and well stocked for guests. Would stay there again.

We will not return to this hotel and it is highly unlikely that we will return to another Hyatt brand period. While it was clean and the rooms comfortable, the ammenities and value were no where to be found. The morning breakfast was a poor excuse for a good meal. The night staff at the desk was great, but the hotel manager and cook were terribly unfriendly and do not understand guest service. Not a good time at all.

Staff was friendly, roomy room, breakfast had varity of food

The Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was much to be desired. Don't get me wrong the beds furniture and linens were fine, as was the room itself - (layout etc.) It was clean. But the hotel overall appeared run down, the back "security door" was broken so you could just pull it open to get to the parking lot. the Air conditioner worked well, but it was LOUD! it would CLUNK on and off all night long! Compound that with the sound of the running water from the room above us (drain noise) and the wonderful coal train that went by seemingly every 1-2 hours.. (We made the best of it though, My 3 yr old son loves trains! So he was entertained..) I was happy to have the included breakfast and afternoon happy-hour snacks/ beverage service. All in all it was "OK". Summary: Pros: People; The breakfast / happy-hour; overall centrally located in Colorado Springs. Cons: The Air conditioner clunking on and off; The Sound of running water in the pipes from the room above all night long; The train tracks being so close to the hotel. Recommendation: Request a top floor room, on the courtyard (pool) side, and you will be fine.

Super nice staff, large easy-to-live-in rooms, free big hot breakfast, nice pool, close to everything, and extra stuff like toothpaste, free internet ( that worked really well) and free dinner 4 times a week. The place is generous. My only complaint was the night time noise. It attracts a younger crowd that likes the night! ...But they offered a different room that was quieter and some earplugs. I would stay again.
