Good thing is that the breakfast was included. Convenient to nearby attractions. Worst part is that there is a railway line nearby and the goods trains passes 10 times and it can be clearly heard from your room. It disturbs your night. The AC is also quite noisy. The place is understaffed. Some day the housekeeping didn’t even clean the room.

Positives: The pool is nice and well maintained. Breakfast was very good with lots of good choices and staff that took pride in making good food. The location of the hotel is good including being close to garden of the gods. Negatives: Day front desk person seemed annoyed if there were questions or wanted to purchase gum or soda. He never thanked us. When we checked out, he said almost nothing. When I said “thank you” he barely said you’re welcome. He may have been annoyed since we had asked that Our room be serviced since it was missed the day prior. He said it would be but it wasn’t. Our room was only serviced once in a 4 day stay. We complained to the night front desk person and she did what she could including giving us fresh towels and taking the garbage. She was very nice considering it wasn’t her fault. One other item to keep in mind is that the hotel is close to a busy train track. Trains go through 4 times a night and while they don’t blow their horn you do still hear and feel it as it passes especially if your room is in the back as we were. This really should be disclosed as we were awakened throughout the night.

The hotel seems to have been something else prior to it being a Hyatt House as everything was painted over. The tops of all of the door jambs and the register return and air conditioning vents were all very dusty and a clogged with dirt which made our allergies go a little bit crazy. The hotel is also located beside an active railroad track that had three to four trains a night go by.

Everything fine. Loved the breakfast. Room was very nice. Had a shower.

Very nice place to stay...there was dog hair all over the our room i was not given the options to have a room the was no dog friendly

Great morning breakfast and morning staff were on point and super friendly. King bed was comfortable and the rooms were roomy. Night shift need a little work, ice machine wasn’t working asked bartender and he said no he couldn’t spare any ice because he had limited ice even though it was almost closing time. Lastly the rooms can use some technology renovation.

Property needs some TLC, staff was ok...but the room cleaning service was terrible...stayed 4 days never once did room cleaning srrvice come to my room had to ask for clean towels very day.

Staff was amazing... Only thing is to make sure your room isn't on the side of the building next to the train tracks. The train goes by once an hour every night

Breakfast is so nice for us. And we slept very well.

Fire alarm went off at 1030pm and then again at 7am. Phones in the room would call another room when trying to call front desk. When calling from my cell phone no one would pick up at the front desk. Had to call corporate to call. Was told they were testing the alarms. Who test fire alarms at that time of night and morning?

The room was set up nicely with a full kitchen abd sutting area. The only bad thing, but not for me, was one couldn't watch TV from bed.

Great value and facility! Spacious, clean, awesome breakfast!

Everything was great !! No complaints . Staff was very generous and kind . Hotel was clean . Complimentary breakfast was delicious and well put together . Over all my whole stay was great!

Nice hotel. Big parking lot. Close to highway and close to a really good cafe. Downfall... next to railroad tracks with train passing quite frequently and hotel breakfast area very small. Very busy with no room to sit, coffee in lobby never refilled so we went to new day cafe everyday.

Nice clean hotel with a good breakfast and coffee. would return next time we travel to Colorado.

Over the years we have stayed at this hotel many times. It certainly is starting to show some wear and no updates. The rooms are nice but the bathrooms really need an update along with the furniture in the rooms. The couch was terribly uncomfortable. On our last day there someone had spilled a bowl of cereal in the elevator. We went to the front desk to let them know as it was a huge mess and that night when we got back to the hotel most of that mess was still in the elevator! That's just unacceptable. Won't stay here again unless they make some changes.

Great staff, clean room, excellent value. I was very happy with my stay.

Awesome, loved how awesome the staff was!! They made us feel at home!

The room looked like it was in a state of remodel, and left unfinished. One closet door was off the track, and the other was missing the door knob. The kitchen counter was sticky and very clearly had not been wiped down, as it was smooth after I scrubbed it. The desk chair had been worn through in several areas, to the point I didn't sit in it. And the shower looked like it had mold growing in the tile grout. The bed was great, and the staff were all wonderful, but the upkeep of the room was bewildering considering the Hyatt name and it's standards.

Another great stay at Hyatt House! Breakfast is wonderful and the rooms are spacious.
