Room was outdated, stains on shower curtain and window curtains, rusty bathrooms, WiFi didn't work. I call front staff and their just like it needs to work it's working for everyone else. I know 75 is on the lower end but it could be better.
Door security latch broken, peeling wallpaper, vanity in bathroom was badly chipped, bathroom door split
The hotel is what we expected. Low rate. Great except for Blanket. Bed blanket should have been thrown out. It had blood on it. Not just a little bit..but a like a cut finger splatter. We did not use the blanket.
Before we checked in we called the hotel and asked for a crib. They told me it was no problem. Once we arrived, they told us there were no cribs and that they did not know who would tell me they did. For breakfast they had very few items that were not carbs. i was also told that, there were no high chairs for children?? What kind of a place is this. Was my child the first child who needed a crib and a high chair? At any rate, we checked in to a non smoking floor and every night we had to call the front desk to complaint about someone smoking weed on our floor and that the smoke was in our room. One reason we picked this hotel was the pool. The pool was decent, sized and they had some chairs and one umbrella. However, on the ground and in the pool, there were broken sticks, trash and cigarette butts. This is outrages! To top it all; after going in to the room withing 20 min. having my son on the floor crawling, we noticed his legs and feet and his arms completely black!!!!! It was all from a dirty carpet!!! needless to say rest of the stay i had to keep my child on the bed. It was an awful experience, and not worth the money. If there were other hotels around I would have checked out, but due to holiday weekend everyone was booked. We checked out at 9 am... Couldn't wait to get out of there. If you care for your health and safety please do not stay here.
cheap place, quality reflects price. Perfectly OK
Disgusting! The kind of place where u don't touch anything or remove your shoes. Carpet was stained and torn, hair in the bathroom and shower. Will not stay here again.
Management and staff very friendly and nice. The room needed maintenace, bathtub, sliding glass door hard to open. Limited breakfast buffet.
The hotel is located in a great place close to everything. However, the cleanliness was very questionable. Pool was also closed at the time we were there and it didn't really seem that anyone was working on re-opening it...
Excellent and helpful staff. Rooms are always clean just got a 4 due to bathroom renovations. This property has been sold to new owners. Hopefully we will see the same crew! The location is perfect for seeing the Gardens. We had everything we needed including a wonderful waffle breakfast. This place is truly a gem.
Lots of smoking smell. Room's linen smells bad. Floor is not clean
entry door seem like someone broke thru it, upon entrance to the room it had same appearance, chain to secure the large glass door in the back of the room was just an ornament since it came out when we touch it, towel bar fell off when retrieving a towel, Rest room appear to have had a moldy cover up with paint (very bad paint job throughout) Back glass door very hard to slide open or close. electrical outlets missing screws to fasten the face plates and plugs, room appeared to be clean only in the main traffic areas (dusty and dirty in corners and around furniture. old furniture in room (did not dare to touch it for fear it might just fall apart.......Would not stay there again and putting a mark on the chain to avoid in the future
It was a good stay. Had good water pressure. Clean
This is the type of hotel you get when you just don't care. If you want a comfortable stay, don't stay here.
This motel was awful, please don't stay there. Owner did not have our reservation when we arrived and proceeded to check in another guest while we stood in awe that he was ignoring us to do so. Motel was by far the dirtiest motel I've ever seen. We were put into a smoking room which I asked for non smoking as I'm pregnant, and front desk seemed put out to have to switch us. Upon entering the room the smell almost knocked all of us off our feet. There were stains in the carpet, walls and bedding. In the stair case they had spills they had wet floor signs just placed around but never mopped up. Men roaming the halls cursing. No batteries in the remote. Forget about the pool it had so much trash and cigarette buts around it I wouldn't dream of going near it. No buckets for ice, coffee machine was to gross to make coffee. Vending machines were sold out, pretty sure room next to us had been living there for sometime selling drugs because people came in and out at all hours. I could keep going !!This was the very definition of a disgusting seedy motel. Will never stay here again and I only did because the room was already paid for. Worst experience ever!!!
For the price it is ok. Not the cleanest. Brian at the front desk was the most helpful.
There was a very kind and nice handyman who helped us made the situation better. But the hotel is in no condition to receive people. It is not clean and very very old. Old huge TVs from the 90's. This place sucked. The only nice guy was the handyman they have who went overboard to try and help with the poor assets they have. They overwork this person.
It started with having to wait 45 minutes to check in because they were "cleaning the room" at that time I was informed that the room had been a smoking room that had been converted to a non-smoking room. Of course, that didn't work! The room stunk, and had multiple cigarette burns on the carpet. The staff reported the room had just been painted, but there was black tape on the walls holding the towel rack on the wall. There was something black on the floor in front of the shower. The pool was green and weeds were growing all around the pool. The sliding glass door didn't lock but there was a security bar. I was so uncomfortable that I slept in my clothes. My husband was going to be brave and take a shower, but at 6:15 am there was no hot water. Needless to say we didn't even try the breakfast in the place! I have learned to spend a little bit more money, be comfortable and be able to sleep in a hotel room I pay for.
The room was dirty with holes in the wall and the place was unsafe , was horrible I did not recommend this place
The staff was really nice, but the hotel was lacking. It is right next to interstate, so there was a lot of traffic noise. Our tv wasn't working, but my husband fixed it. The hair dryer quit after 10 seconds and we had to go get a new one. The hotel had an interesting smell. The room didn't feel really clean. Corners and edges needed attention and shower needed to be cleaned better. The towels were really rough. Our balcony door wouldn't lock. I wouldn't choose this hotel again.
We rented two rooms for one night. One room's bathroom had a hole in the floor and the ceiling. The toilet seat was broken and taped together. Both showers were in need over a good scrubbing. There was a visible scrum in the pool. And in the morning there was two dead fruit flies in the apple juice.
