The cottage has free parking on the premises as well as new and fully furnished furniture and household essentials.

The cottage is located in an extremely central location right in between Manitou Springs as well as Old Colorado City. On top of that, Garden of the Gods is also only minutes away and right up the road behind. Safeway is also right across the street for easy grocery shopping.

Parking on property is extremely easy as we have around 5 parking spaces behind the cottage. There is also a bus stop right across the street.

Wonderful location! Walkable to Garden of the Gods & downtown OCC. A lot of energy in that house. If you’re sensitive to that, some sage is recommended.
